No, it's almost all my transactions at various retailers. It's annoying because I won't even use the little browser button anymore. To make sure I get the Ebates activated I'll go through the website and the store listing on there to trigger the shopping trip but even then my account will show the shopping trip was activated but no purchases completed.
A few times they have said they cannot credit me the money because they don't think my receipt aligns but it does. It's insane and I've written three feedback forms expressing how frustrating this is because my issue is just circling their drain with no real meaningful investigation on their end. They are shutting down my complaints. It sucks.
Oh my, that is terrible! I don't get their argument with the receipt not matching. What the heck!? And the fact that they do not want to deal with the complaints. They didn't even respond to my first email. Maybe I should threaten that they be investigated for fraud or something. People signed up to get the rebates & then they don't give them even with proof. I have one where I placed 4 separate orders from Sephora on one day lol & it would only give me ebates for 1!!! not the 4. I kept filling out the form with no luck. I had the order numbers/proof. It's so annoying to say the least.
