I want to know if going to facials really help. I find that my skin is rather bad and I want to know if I should go for it.
What's your current skincare routine?

I had the same issue. In my case, the problem was in the diet, and I didn't drink enough water. I like your skincare routine, do you use any night cream?

Also: if you're using an exfoliating toner (something with AHAs versus an essence or hydrating toner) as well as a separate physical exfoliator every day, that's a lot on the skin. You also don't mention the use of sunscreen during the day, or any serums, or retinols or retinoids in the evening.
I also forgot to ask you what you mean by "bad" skin. That can mean a lot of things (overly dry, overly oily, breakouts, sun spots, hyperpigmentation, etc.). By being specific about your wants and needs in regards to your skin, thaf will also help us help you.
Sometimes diet can help, but I think while drinking water is a good thing, it doesn't help with skin problems and telling people to drink more is extremely overrated advice. Someone can drink enough water and still have dry skin, or get breakouts, or have sun damage, etc., and water will not help.
