You know I was just thinking about this and it makes a lot of sense IMHO. I am a perfume junkie and for the most part I only buy EDP (eau de parfum) and not EDTs (eau de toilettes) - parfum being the stronger concentrate. I also usually only buy high-end perfume. Has anyone beside me noticed...

Ok..I have naturally auburn hair..dark red/brown... Im in a rut and wanted a change so I wanted to go chocolate brown with blonde and red highlites/lowlights... Well I dyed it brown last nite, and all it did was get darker and redder... My question is - Do I need to bleach it before I dye it...
