What is the most dramatic, lengthening, non-clumping, etc, etc, from any brand? Just wondering.

Ever cut bangs into your hair at 2 am just because you're bored, then decide to grow it out, and then, two months later, like an amnesiac, just cut it again??? I just want to decide once and for all, what do you think? Also, do you have any tips about how to style the hair when growing out...

So here's my bare face. I have cleansed it and put moisturizer (The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream) I then put on foundation (mixed with Revlon Colorstay Active Light to make it sheerer) ...and some primer on my greasy lids (MAC Bare Canvas paint) and powder... Now brows. First I go...

Has anyone smelled Glockengasse No.4711? What do you think? I want to get a cologne for my friend, something that isn't overpowering and smells clean.

I've had black hair all my life. I've always wanted to try other hair colours (lighter ones, maybe bronzey/honey/goldish types w/ highlights), but I'm afraid that it will look too wierd on me. What do you think? Any tips? Experiences? Here's a pic of me for reference. Something like this:

Today I was at my local Fred Meyer, and I saw that Loreal had new pot e/l out. They looked really pretty, (there was a deep shimmery, navy, and a green, and black...and...). And then I saw the price...20 DOLLARS??!!?? No thanks, I 'll just go get a fluidline.

To those of you who usually like vanilla-y, oriental, scents, what do you wear as a light scent during the daytime (esp. in the summer)? I love these scents but find most of them too overpowering for summer days.
