I used to have one of those transformers shades from INGLOT. I had to throw it out during one of my purges. It turned. I loved using it with purple or pink lipsticks. It had a blue shift that was beautiful. INGLOT has discontinued the range though. Glad to see alternatives out there.
I completely do not understand why Inglot dc'd these glosses. I saw them on Beeautylish last week though.

I used it today. It was quite soft and did the job (highlighting) well enough. I mainly wanted it because of the shape and materials

Wow~ you should email them and ask them what the problem is..
I contacted them via their customer service email, the 800 number and their Facebook inbox. No one knew why, I was told to look up the terms of use and see if I was in violation. This is the second time this has happened. I read over the terms page with a fine tooth comb and didn't see where I did anything wrong. I'm so over these bastards!
Maybe it was a stock issue?
I thought the same thing, so I looked up all the items I purchased only to see that they were in fact in stock. Just to make sure, when I called customer service I asked if the items were in stock and I was insured that they indeed were...I'm at a loss for what to do. Im ready to give this dang gift card away or sell it. I'm DONE with sephora!

That is RIDICULOUS! It's sad that they cant even come up for reason why your order was cancelled. And then had the audacity to tell *you* to read the T&C and see if you were in violation! I would have been like, "Eff no! You should know those T&Cs inside and out and TELL me what I "supposedly" did wrong. Even though I know I'm not in violation...."

I'm so so soooo sorry this is happening to you. :( Definitely aggravating.

Their customer service department literally told YOU to find out what you did wrong???

I know, right? That’s like a cop giving you a ticket and telling you to figure out what law you violated.. it makes zero sense..

I'd be careful with Macy's...I ordered $54 worth of cosmetics and they authorized my card for over $130 in transactions...since the transactions are pending, nobody will remove them (Macys or my bank) even though they draw down my available balance--I just have to wait to see if they fall off. I had to cancel the card to stop the authorizations from coming even after my orders shipped!!
I'll be watching them---they're trying to make up for the $$$ they loss with labeling mistakes!

Do you think they ran out of it that quick or they're just messing with you???? I'd certainly call to find out. They
did that to me once because they were angry that I reported them to my bank. They reversed it after a brief
conversation w/a manger.

Maybe they blocked your account or flagged it somehow? or put a note on it regarding your previous issue?

I was also blocked after I reported them to my bank

i was able to get ysl le nude in special packaging from nordies!! yaaaay!! i'm gonna get the orange from sephora tho along with kvd santa sangre n noble (although im still debating on just waiting til the next sale period as my list grooooows) PHK MEEEEE!!! i cant afford my life
