I could prove they messed with me on multiple occasions as well as violate their own terms! Because of that, I got them to kiss my a$$ but they're still not reliable imho. I try to avoid it. But, if you can prove it and throw their illegal activity and how many thousands you've given their way.. You just may get what you want with no questions asked.. Just saying.. But be sure you can prove it. I'm talking numerous phone calls, emails, receipts, bank calls, records, tweets, DM's, everything! They got to expand and lessen the great customer service thanks to our money. Remember that. <3
I'm a documentation hound and was able to remedy this pretty quickly. They were just pissed-off about it because they looked like complete morons.

All I asked nicely was for someone who knew what I was talking about to please come come to the phone if the manager no longer was allowed.. Which is odd. I think that 500 pt perk may not be full sized eyeshadows, but please don't quote me as I've seen different sizes listed by Sephora in three different places. $21 each.. What you spent $500 to get in points, it doesn't seem fair if they aren't full size so here's hoping! Sephora is tricky! :)

I'm betting it is just a paper card of eyeshadow samples. I would like this reward though. But I just placed an order last night... Hopefully it will be in stores.

yes from 2 days ago when those Mac brushes were online for $22 instead of $42. Now i checked my account and 3 charges posted which are correct and of course the 3 incorrect ones are pending and i can't dispute it. it's about $135 of incorrect charges.

I remember when it happened to you before. They need to get their friggen act together! Unbelievable they can not tell you why..

I know, right? That’s like a cop giving you a ticket and telling you to figure out what law you violated.. it makes zero sense..

Hey All, So I attempted to make an order on sephora.com. It kept not going through and gave some weird error message. I was using a prepaid reloadable visa which has worked fine in the past on this site. Then, I looked at my visa account, and the amount I was attempting to pay for my order was marked under pending transactions. I've emailed sephora about this. Is it taking longer because of the payment I used? Also, my items are still in my basket which makes this extra confusing. Hoping this will get cleared up soon. If the things I'm trying to purchase go out of stock, I'm going to be even more frustrated than I already am. I got an automated email when i emailed sephora that said there was an unusual amount of email inqueries so it would take them longer to get back to me. Is this happening to other people?

Guys, I went to the Bite lab this morning and it was an amazing experience. Seriously, if you can go do it. I'm definitely going back. I only had to wait about 20 minutes and the lady helping me was so nice. Going in, I really had no idea what I was going to get, but I knew I wanted 2. Also, I knew I wanted something I couldn't find or haven't found elsewhere. One is a dark coral/brown shade. I explained to her I wanted something more fall, kinda rusty and she got it. The other is like a fuchsia/berry shade that I don't usually buy, but tweaking it I made it my kind of color. That one I got the rose gold in and it's beautiful. There was a jar of the rose gold dust and I wanted to take it and just roll in it and walk around like a fairy. I got that one in a cherry scent that I want to eat. It's amazing. The coral shade has a vanilla scent. Every single color she mixed and I tried on I loved. I must've tried about 6 shades and there wasn't a bad one. Either she's really awesome, Bite products are awesome or I'm a crazy lipstick lady because I kinda had the itch to buy them all. All that trying on didn't wear me out because she had me use the Bite lip mask, exfoliator and lipstick remover. I have a new appreciation for that lip mask. It's not so bad if you blot it off after a few minutes instead of trying to wear it throughout the day. My lips are still so soft. The lady also volunteered some info: she said there will be new lip liners next year. Wood pencils, not the twist ups and they'll be better than ever. I've never tried the liners, but I will give those a go. She said there will be several holiday sets and something coming next month and why the hell can I not remember? I'm usually so good at that. Anyway she just emphasized that it's going to be really exciting from this point on & that a lady that develops the products is developing something right now, a gloss I think that packs crazy pigment. I don't know when, but I gotta get back there and make a few more. Maybe I'll suffer through the cold for my birthday and get a few. I still don't know how to get there by train because I took the car today. Probably won't be doing that again. :lol:

That happened to me before with a prepaid VISA. I called and they said that the order didn't go through but they had no explanation why and told me to call the card company. The weird thing is it worked the other time I used it. I was reading the faq's and apparently sephora puts temporary holds on certain forms of payment. Yeah, mine has the 7 day policy too. It's annoying because it's the only way I can order online. I really wish they took debit, not paypal, just debit. I'm hoping the order does go through or that the hold leaves. But it's just frustrating when you're planning to spend a decent amount of money and they make it so difficult.

So we have Macy's quadruple charging us, Sephora putting holds on forms of payments they no longer accept, and Sephora randomly cancelling orders? Why can't anyone do things properly?

I'm still fighting with Nordstrom about a return they accepted but then never credited back to my card. I called Nordies at first and they said to have someone from my bank contact them. My bank said I had to open a dispute but never asked for any supporting documentation. Now Nordstrom is saying I never contacted them, never returned an item, etc. So my bank is asking for all this information from me within the next 2 days or I lose out. Why didn't they ask for this info ages ago?!? I have an email from Nordstrom saying they received the item and will issue me a credit to my original form of payment. They just never did the last part!

I'm dead inside. Shopping online is becoming a debacle, but the alternative is even scarier.
