Is the NARS F&F sale exclusive or do they send you the code in an email? I just signed up for updates from them and want to order a few things. That lipstick set looks amazing!

I'm pretty sure it's just a code. But... Some internet sleuthing revealed that when NARS did the Guy Bourdin collab, parts of it were apparently excluded from the F&F sale, so there's a chance the Steven Klein collab could be excluded this year.

I believe they use a generic code so anyone can use it

That looks cool! I think I've seen pads like that specifically for cleaning makeup brushes but of course they're more expensive.
Yeah all the people raving made me excited to get it but it's really not special. At least for makeup brushes.
Good to know. I've been diluting it with water from the start but I might still use it on my Sonia Kashuk brushes from now on because I honestly don't care if they fall apart.
I'll have to try it for all purpose cleaning! I got the big bottle in the almond scent which smells like marzipan and I love it. Sometimes I just open it and smell it lol.

Yes, they have them out there for more $. Before this there's a white brush that I used to clean that never got back white white like it does with this mitt.

Man, is there a Ulta thread? I had NO idea they were releasing a pink heart shaped brush. I totally would have bought at least two for my Mom and I. dang nabbit. How did I not hear about this. Ah well. I might pay ebay prices for one. I don't even see a lot of talk about it online. ONly a handful of blogs.

Nothing was excluded last year and the boutiques are pretty good about giving you the discount on your whole order.

Does the Ceramic Slip take off makeup? Also, how is the Good Genes? I have combo skin that skews dry every where except my forehead. (Sorry for all the questions... I just am very curious about the SR stuff).

Good genes is something I wouldn't recommend using every night. I use it every other night. Basically switch back and forth between Luna and good genes. You would definitely have to use a moisturizer after good genes. The ceramic slip I use for my second cleanse. I use an oil cleanser, right now is the Tata Harper Oil Cleanser and I follow with Tata Harper Regenerating cleanser or Ceramic Slip. If you're used to just washing your face once then I wouldn't recommend the Ceramic Slip. I loved Purity Cleanser for that.

If you're used to just washing your face once then I wouldn't recommend the Ceramic Slip. I loved Purity Cleanser for that.

Good to know. I am doing a double cleanse right now with Aromatica Coconut Cleansing Oil and Elisha Coy Snail Foaming Cleanser, but I'm not wild about either, so maybe the SR and TH would be a good one to try.

They send you a code. You can also do a phone order from any of their boutiques and they'll give you the discount and ship it to you, whether you're signed up to their newsletter or not. N.B. NARS online processing time takes a while (like 2-3 days or more before they actually ship out your order). I've had way faster service just ordering directly from the boutiques who ship out the same day if they can by FedEx (2-3 day shipping option). Nothing was excluded last year and the boutiques are pretty good about giving you the discount on your whole order.

I just had the BEST customer service experience ever!!! I want shout about it from a mountain top. LOL

I lost my custom bite beauty lipstick. I JUST had it made. I think I wore it for like a week, and we went into our pink BCAM theme. I tore up my room, car, and wherever else I thought I was. I hesitated calling but I finally called today. I told the young lady who answered, whatever the cost, if you want me to sign a waiver I won't be upset if I don't like it, can you redo and ship my lipstick to me? The young lady said, we normally don't ship out lipsticks and I need to talk to my manager. To which I said, tell her I'm begging her and we laughed, she took my info and she hung up the phone. Manager calls me back (I was LOVING her New Yawk accent), and asks if I have my ingredient card, when I came in, my address and she is shipping it to me free via fed ex... *faints* who does that?!?!?!?!?!?!
I would've paid full price, plus shipping, insurance... hell, I would've paid one of you NYorkers to pick it up and ship it for me.

So everyone, get down to Bite Beauty Lab on Prince St, and get a lippie made. It is so worth the price.

i have been trying to do a beauty.com order since morning. It takes off the % off some orders and for some it doesnt. CS asked me to give them a call after i place the order to do the credit. I tried Price matching with nordstrom bec I hate making CS calls and they did!! So Yayy!!

Love that they price match. I found a pair of boots on Zuiliy for $68 and Nordies has them for $119. I was able to send her the Zuliliy link and she price matched them.
