Love that they price match. I found a pair of boots on Zuiliy for $68 and Nordies has them for $119. I was able to send her the Zuliliy link and she price matched them.

Yes!! I always try to see if price matching is an option with them esp with glasses, shoes etc!!

I just had the BEST customer service experience ever!!! I want shout about it from a mountain top. LOL

I lost my custom bite beauty lipstick. I JUST had it made. I think I wore it for like a week, and we went into our pink BCAM theme. I tore up my room, car, and wherever else I thought I was. I hesitated calling but I finally called today. I told the young lady who answered, whatever the cost, if you want me to sign a waiver I won't be upset if I don't like it, can you redo and ship my lipstick to me? The young lady said, we normally don't ship out lipsticks and I need to talk to my manager. To which I said, tell her I'm begging her and we laughed, she took my info and she hung up the phone. Manager calls me back (I was LOVING her New Yawk accent), and asks if I have my ingredient card, when I came in, my address and she is shipping it to me free via fed ex... *faints* who does that?!?!?!?!?!?!
I would've paid full price, plus shipping, insurance... hell, I would've paid one of you NYorkers to pick it up and ship it for me.

So everyone, get down to Bite Beauty Lab on Prince St, and get a lippie made. It is so worth the price.

OMG, I'm so excited. (I don't know if I'm excited about the lipstick, or the gesture). I actually want to work in Customer service again, so I can do that for someone... enh, no I don't. scratch that. I take it back!

The day after Halloween all of the Christmas decorations start to come out.

I've been seeing Christmas decorations since August around here. In some stores, the big blown up witches and ghosts were a few feet away from the gigantic blown up Santa Clause and Christmas trees. I've even HEARD Christmas music playing in some of the craft stores since late September and early October. It's so annoying that they try to rush things.

I had Nars stuff in my cart last night and the 4 pan dual intensity shadow is gone now, which is what I really wanted. I guess I'll wait for the Nars f&f. Is any of this stuff going up on Sephora? I've seen them everywhere else.

Victorias secret has their secret reward promo thing going on where you get a mystery gift card worth 10, 20, 50, 100 or 500 and you can use it from december 1-17th... Well.. Anyways, you can enter for free with mail in entries by doing this:

- Handprint full name, address, valid email address and date of birth on a 4” x 6” piece of paper
- Mailed in a sealed #10 envelope with proper postage to Promotions Team, c/o the Marketing Arm, 1999 Bryan Street, Suite 1800 Dallas, TX 75201

Girl, I already have mine ready to mail out each day! I did this last time and got about $150 in free stuff. This year I have my mom doing it, too, and I started at the beginning so I expect to get about $430 in free stuff (assuming all cards are worth the $10). I did get a $100 one once. So, ladies be sure to take advantage of you have time. Only spent about $25 for postage, 4 by 6 cards and envelopes.
