They keep randomly putting things in the sale section. They have the Tarte Poppy Picnic palette (org. $38) for $26 (pre-discount) here...

I have that palette and like it. The shadows are very pigmented and soft..easy to work with, like the Tartelette eyeshadow palettes.. it is very neutral and unoriginal in colors though. Probably not needed for anyone on here. But I thought I would put it out regardless.

So Sephora cancelled my order today (Dec 28th) which I placed on Dec 23rd that contained my MUFE brush set, my Tarte brushes, my Ole Henriksen wipes and my Butter London nail polishes. Yet, I reordered some polishes for a friend like an hour later and that order shipped the same day. Now I just checked the sale page and the Tarte brushes I ordered were back in stock on the sale page (but now sold out again)! WTF Sephora?

Wow! That is messed up. Why cancel the entire order? Why not just refund the cost of the one that was OOS? That's b.s.

I have one. Their duos are just as nice as the full sized product. Go for it.

They're alright. I don't find the formula to be long-wearing at all, and it can break very easily. I prefer the full-size lipsticks, but if a color intrigues you than go for it!

I like them! The colours and formula are really nice. But in our Caribbean heat, they melt really, really quickly. Even if they're in a.c.! I've had two breakon me.

Thank you so much for the suggestions ladies! I gotone just to try it out, the duo that had Confection/Marmalade. I got so excited when I saw the box, but when I opened it the duo was so tiny. Womp womp… I did like the colors and both were creamy, non-drying, and pigmented, but I really have to take the Caribbean heat factor serious because they seem very prone to melt. So far so good! I’ll check the Pomegranate/Palomino and Latte/Cortadoduos in store.

I’m so glad that I bought the Vice 4 palette. The colors are all amazing and the palette looks so cool. However, it made me regret harder not getting the Vice 3 palette when it was available back then.

I will def give Bite a try. I have pretty much given up on "fancy" lips. Lip liner & balm with the occasional lipgloss topper has been my go to.

I hope it works. Or we have to find one that works for you. Have you ever figured out what was in the lipsticks that caused the reaction? Was it a particular color?

Woot! We have great taste! The duo chrome in the purple shade looks exquisite.

My favorites are the green/gold and the purple. The duochrome of the blue shade is beautiful too.

I am waiting for some swatches! I love the pigmentation of the Surratt blushes and regular eye shadows. The Prismatique lipsticks are too sheer. So, I'm not sure what the pigmentation level of these are. I want Temptalia, Beauty Professor, or some other beauty bloggers who cover Surratt Beauty to swatch these lovelies soon!

The reviews seem pretty good except for the fact that they say the tingle/burning feeling is intense. Lol. I'm a sucker for lip plumping products even though I know the majority do not do anything dramatic. I like the fact that this one is matte since I wear more matte lippies and liquid lipsticks these days. Curious to try it!

Happy New Year! Another year for all things sparkly, shiny & pretty!

Aah my lip issues...I've total shied away from any matte finishes, too drying. I have lustre, frost, glaze, satin & creamsheen in my drawer. I have to say across the board they all end up irritating my lips. I have not purchased any lipstick from any brand for quite some time. & then only recently one color for my wedding. If I cannot get a lower price point lip that works I totally refuse to spend money on a high end that will equally ruin my lips.

I have been a fan of the balm/gloss/lipstick "light" pencils Revlon & L'oreal have put out over the past year+. I can line & layer eos balm under/over. Thank god for eos! Or my lips would be really horrid, especially in the dry Michigan winter. I'll take any help I can get.
