Well, the Sephora shipping address fiasco finally hit me. They cancelled my order without contacting me first. I had to call CS to find out why...hours later and 10 yrs off my life....Sephora suddenly doesn't ship to the business address I've used for years. The CS rep couldn't help do anything to remedy the situation, then nearly broke down and admitted it was insanity.
I typed up an irate email to CS and asked my husband to read it. His response, "It was an EXCELLENT angry email."
I considered signing it...Sincerely, First World Problems...and then aborted the entire affair.
This is so frustrating! I feel like they have been having these issues for years, and no other major retailer seems to face the same...what is the word...limitations? I laughed when I read about you typing up an angry email. That is something I would do too haha. Then delete it all without sending.
