So annoying. I've just given up and assume that I'm going to have to call them to get it. I refuse to do a phone order. I want to be able to use my ebates or mr.rebates.I agree!

Ask them if you can just get the code and the pin! I don't see why not. It's the least they can do for you since it's taking us so long to get these dang GCs. I feel bad that I got 3 and some people none. I asked if I was supposed to get all 3 and was told you get a reward card for each level you achieve before October.

I will not be so patient and kind with them this time on the phone if they tell me I do not qualify. I legitimately re-qualified before the deadline... so I do not see why not. Last time they said they couldn't give the code via email but I will ask when I most likely call tomorrow lol. I can't believe there are sooo many people still waiting. Their community board is a full complaints zone right now
