yea when I tried the link I wasn't logged in oops
omg this!! I live in Canada and we have 13% tax, so we technically only get a 2% discount and that's on top of paying the higher priceI really hope that Rouge gets more than 15% - because seriously where I am, this baaarely covers tax. At least 20% please?
Does anyone know if the freebies are going to be a common thing? My store is having a MUFE Event complete with a whole team and I'm not really one for makeovers but if there are freebies....I saw a post on the sephora community by a VIB rouge who went to some sephora rouge event in a major city (U.S.) and got her make-up done - and she received a friggen Marc Jacobs lolita palette and a MJ lipgloss?! Can we please have that for our March 30th event??
Fwwwt I wish. 1) whether you get a skilled artist or not is purely luck 2) they expect you to buy things after they are done. I don't mind buying but not if they're not going to wow me. I went to a Dior event and an Hourglass event fairly recently. NO freebies from sephora. ZILCH. Nobody even asked anything about rouge. The only samples I got was from the Dior rep, and she just gave me some, not because I'm rouge.Does anyone know if the freebies are going to be a common thing? Laaame & this is why I'm waiting for a VIB saleNot to mention Candians are now paying DUTY on top of it all! For online orders. It makes an ambient lighting powder $61.84. I plan on making very few online orders now.
I haven't been charged anything beyond regular taxes on recent orders. Where are you seeing the duties applied? Not to mention Candians are now paying DUTY on top of it all! For online orders. It makes an ambient lighting powder $61.84. I plan on making very few online orders now.
I haven't had that happen yet; perhaps it's a country of origin issue. I've mostly been buying hair and skin products and they may be made in North America. It just recently was added. Some items seems to be okay, but if you put some things in your shopping bag and proceed to check-out it will break it down into total, tax, duty, shipping, etc.
I complained about something else to them via Facebook message and all they said was thanks for the feedback. They did nothing to help make me feel better about the situation. Not the best customer service in my opinion.... But maybe if I made it public on their wall things would have been different.Rouge members, I think we should contact sephora to voice our opinions that sephora shouldn't offer amazing gifts to certain areas only. (ex San Francisco rouge event gave out Marc Jacobs makeup I hear - palette and lip gloss). Although it seems common sense they shouldn't offer gifts only to certain members of the same group, apparently enough people need to complain about it. -_- I posted on the fb wall. Hopefully that will spark(?) more angry rouges. You can also reach sephora through posting on the fb wall, fb messaging, phone (customer service line) etc. ---------- Oh and apparently the Divergent set sold out. I'm sure it'll be back in stock soon though. I'm surprised at the lack of reviews. --------- And I think sephora's policies are really sad for Canadian customers. I'm so sorry
i got my KGD water n shei pads last week and umm yea i absolutely LOVE them!! im using the water sparingly lolI got the Koh Gen Do water and the Shishedo cotton pads in the mail today, as well as a Marc Jacobs mascara. I tried the MJ sample and I really like it, as it's one of the few mascaras that can keep my lashes looking lifted all day. I also got the 500 point L'Occtaine perk. It's nice, but I would prefer a coupon code or a full size product.
