All the lube in the world isn't going to help if you're not physically relaxed. If you're working yourself up in anticipation of it hurting, the first thing to tense up will be your kegel muscles. If your pelvic floor is rigid during sex it can get painful very quickly.

As for the stinging during urination, if your urine is acidic due to your diet there's a good chance you will feel some low-grade pain around your inner vulva during urination due to micro-tears caused during sex. This is perfectly normal and not always indicative of an oncoming UTI. That being said, it's a good habit to have a wee after sex anyway just to keep your urethra clear of any foreign material

but my thing is...i got a UTI with NO symptoms, and didn't find out till I went to the doctor for something allergy related. and after taking 3 different antibiotics, I still need to follow up with my doc to make sure it cleared up,

Macrobid is my savior...also with tinkling directly after even if I have to force myself....also make sure he is clean prior to vaginal entry...not meaning to wipe him down...But for those that particpate in anal...make sure your partner does not enter from behind without cleaning himself prior to vaginal entry...I don't have that problem because my backdoor is permanently pad locked and has iron crush proof burglar bars with a security system in place for immediate police dispatch for added back-up ...Can't be too safe these days.....Bet you're really flaming red now!!

My biggest advice is be careful of the positions you choose. Depending on what position you're in, his penis could be at a bad angle for you.
