Got the orange and black d'ombre too. They are matte finish. They also offer a quick dry top coat and ridge filler base and the matte top coat in polish now. The velvet d'ombre are matte I found out. The mascara is just a brown mascara and the other 2 liners were nothing to get excited about. The lipsticks are nice but dupable.

Yay! Just ordered the blush, Ardent, and Vert Obscur nail polish from my Barneys SA. Haven't been interested in makeup for a while so super excited for this collection.

Probably. I called back and the SA was busy and they took my number. It's been more than 1/2 hour now. At this point I'm just trying to be nice and save some purchases for her. I'm definitely heading downtown tomorrow so I'll have lots of stores within walking distance. It would just be easier for me to keep her in mind if I know exactly what she has. I'm leaning toward just getting what I want tomorrow. I rarely have patience for makeovers anyway.

Update: The SA called me back and I told her I was concerned about sell outs and maybe didn't want to wait for any make over. She offered to set aside the blush and 2 palettes. I guess those are the ones she thinks will be big sellers. I told her I'd think it over. She didn't know anything about the blue collection. I can't decide if I want to do the makeover. Sometimes they have really good artists that come up with new ideas. Hhmmm. Dilemma. I know what Meddy thinks.

I might need to look into the black IDO---I have IDO Mirifique (Black shimmer) 85, and I love it but I could do w/o shimmer during the day.
How do you like Rouge Gorge? I'm hoping to use that w/TF Cognac Sable and maybe a few others.

I think I want the quad (I have green eyes), New Moon and Vert Obscur n/p. There are SO many good makeup things coming out for fall, I'm trying to not buy everything!!

Just an update. I ended up getting Chanel fall as well as Dior anniversary, chantecaille anniversary and the ysl fall palette. I figured I'd probably just buy everything eventually and it is triple points so I'll be earning some Nordstrom notes. I skipped the polishes, the beige gloss and all the liners except ardent. My SA said the orange I'do is beautiful under the chantecaille anniversary palette. She said the bronze shade I beautiful when used wet. I also happened to get the last set. My counter didn't get the blush and since I wanted to make sure I got it, I went running off to Macy's and got the very last blush. In fact, Blue Mercury sold out of the blush in 2 days and they aren't expecting any more. My SA said she hooked me upnwith goodies so I can't wait to get my package!
