iPhone 4s is coming over here at the end of the month. I will be getting it because my 3GS is old, but I'm a little disappointed that it is not 5. Elegant, so cool that your son has it already! Ingenue- gorgeous lips, as always! I can't believe this collection is out at my Chanel makeup studio! mjacqueline, go check it out! Spices quad is repromoted again lol, in place of tweed Brun Rose since it was out with Vitalumiere Hydra. I may finally cave for Spices this Christmas. Love Empire RAL! Enviree is quite sheer on my hand, does it show up well on the lips? Famous is a pink red, beautiful, but i have Rouge Byzatin which is more intense. Triomphal is gorgeous, so it may come home with me. Sweet Beige is lovely too, not like Beige Guitaire which I thought looked ugly, so I know why you ladies are loving it. Beige Lame's shimmers are stunning, like Nomade's multi dimensional shimmers. The gold liner's tip is so fat I couldn't draw a thin line, wanted to like it but it will not work on me. Rouge Carat has a great formula, one coat is enough, but I feel it is very dupeable. I'm on the fence about the duo. The fairy powder is gorgeous, but the glitters are large and I'm sure will fall all over the face and onto the clothes too. Highlighter is stunning, on my hand seems frosty, but maybe on the face, applied with a brush will be beautiful since all of you here are raving about it. I also tried the new les exclusive perfume, Jersey. I like it, it smells like a Chanel fragrance. The lavender is strong but not harsh, and it is feminine but musculine too. I'm not very good at describing, but it's nice, and I will give it a few more tries in the future. Elegant - SB is gorgeous, isn't it. RC looks beautiful on you!

Well, Enivree really does show up on my very pigmented lips! Its pretty. Interesting about the gold liner. I want to see it in person. I agree about RC - the consistency is perfect! Sweet Beige has the right amount of nude pink that makes it lovely. The shimmer in this collection is just perfection.
Yeah, our son & his wife were jazzed for the new iphone because they had older older phones

Love that you can see those subtle golden shimmer in the pic. I'm so glad I got Sweet Beige, too -- I think it would also look great with Mythic RA l/s. I love that it has enough pink in it to make it a wearable nude.

Enivree shows up on me -- and I am a NW20. Things always show up so differently on my lips than when I swatch on my wrist. I think since my lips aren't very pigmented, they just absorb tons of color. I love it.
I also love Sweet Beige. It will be a staple for me. I think will need a back up of it. I love it just as much as my Muscat glossimer (which I am sad I didn't backup when they were offering it here at Nordies).

I think you really need to try the highlighter on your face as I think individual skintone will really influence how it looks. Tell me more about the duo....why are you on the fence?
I have no iPhone and will likely get this one...my phone is over 7 years old and is a dumb phone.

^^ I think you will like the iPhone and then there is no turning back to another phone. Initially I got the iPhone because I wanted iPod and mobile phone in one so I don't need to carry two devices. Do you have the duo? The black is soft, and the ivory has lovely shimmers, but I'm not sure I need it. Like elegant said, the shimmer is perfection so I guess if I buy it, it would be for the shimmer of the ivory side. Michelle - Yeah unpigmented lips are great! Mine are pigmented. Muscat is not available at my counters, I guess I should get SB then! Now I don't feel so bad about breaking my glossimers no-buy.

OK, so I tried Elegant's blot and smoosh method with Famous -- (I put balm on first and then wiped it off before putting on Famous). Much better this time. I had to take it off because I'm going to go work out . . . but maybe I can take a lip swatch and see what you ladies think.
Gail -- I don't have an iphone either and my husband wants to get me one. He has one and loves it and my phone is so lame. I am not very good with figuring new phones out, though! My 12 year old, who doesn't even have a phone, can totally figure it out better than I can

Oh my! This thread just exploded! I just read 10 pages. Well, I'm getting Beige Lame and probably Brun Rose. I'm also considering Sweet Beige glossimer and Enviree but I'm not sure how they'll look on me. I'll probably go look for the Holiday collection today. But what happened to the mirror? I don't see it on the Chanel site.
As for the iPhone talk. I was going to get the new one but now that I've learned it isn't the 5, I'm thinking of waiting. I have the original iPhone. I never bothered to upgrade! But I rarely use it anyway. Now my iPad. . . I use a lot.

I busted out my Enivree RA and topped it with the Sweet Beige glossimer again today. Used Rose Petale JC and MAC Naked lunch on my lids with Soft Brown in the crease -- Vanilla as brow highlight with dark brown liner. Perfect for a soft day look. I should have used my Dunes quad, but next time.
Off to soccer, birthday parties, returns at the mall, and then Cheesecake Factory (what I am most excited for).

Thank you everyone for the info on the fairy powder. It sounds like a definate pass - even though the name still gets me. I really don't need PANK powder with large glitters.
I am planning on ordering the duo, enviree, beige glossimer, and blush today. Famous looks lovely, but it scares me at the same time.
I have been using the highlighter, & I really like it. It more than makes up for the poor quality of MAC's reissued lightscapade.

Got the duo today (& lots of candles!) We went to this kinda weird mall next to ikea...so I run in & I'm thinking please have a Chanel counter (didn't look at all like it would have one) but they did. I swatched the gold single eyeshadow & thought it was really really pretty so I may order that online. First thing one of the Chanel ladies said was, hope you don't want the Holiday highlighter because its sold out everywhere that we know of The other Chanel lady drove me nuts & kept talking non stop....& her makeup was.....hideous.
Oh, BL is simple elegantly beautiful.

I swung by the Chanel counter at Bloomingdales and they had the Holiday collection out. Did a Snoopy 'happy dance' when I saw it.
I swatched Famous and as soon as I saw it I knew it was a 'siamese twin' of Rouge Byzantin. It does make sense as I don't remember RB being in stores. The Chanel MUA told me they never got that collection. Enviree looked nice but honestly it seemed to swatch a little pale on me. Now Empire looked amazing! I almost grabbed it but...I made the mistake of swatching Phoenix and that came home with me. I'll go back for Empire later. I love how the Rouge Allure Laques look on me so...I'll probably pick up Dragon as well.

Just got the holiday highlighter online. Broke my heart, but I had to skip out on all the lip products. My lips are in such bad shape recently, unbelievably dry and cracking. Nothing is making them better
If I knew I could use them and look lovely on x-mas, I would have totally gotten Triomphal and Enviree as well though!
