Heheheee...they are quite vague, aren't they? I called them up to ask about the Printemps collection, and they had no idea what I was talking about. A week later it shows up on chanel.com^^Oh, how usual!! Someone at Chanel Customer Service has no idea what we're talking about!! Deja vu.......
The exact same thing has happened to me. They are utterly baffled by things that are common knowledge to the rest of us like gifts or upcoming collections. (I sometimes wonder if they are just playing dumb??) Oy!!I sent an email to Chanel asking about the gifts and got a very generic response about registering for the Chanel website. I then called Customer Service. The representative I spoke to was very kind and polite, but she unfortunately had no idea what I was talking about.
Reporting back on the clay thingy - haven't noticed my drawer smelling remarkably like No. 5. This might be the use for it but I'm not sure it really works. But still love the gift. One of the perfumes was Jersey, which I had never tried but fell in love with and had to buy.hollyld - Let us know if the clay thingy works!
Thanks! I hope that won't happen cause I'm already having an addiction to Mac blushes. Good thing there is only one blush in each Chanel collection most of the time and that I can only get the stupid EU formula here.^^ Congrats!! Nice find, and I hope this first blush will be the start of a love affair with them! It's darn near impossible to stop at 1!
Awesome! You will love them.I'm getting the Frivole blush in the US formula from a cp! And I'm also getting a BU of Notorious
I'm really excited, because Frivole will be my first Chanel blush.
Definitely not a good way to run a business. I expect well informed cs reps. However updating their reps apparently is not a priority at some places. They've said to me on more than one occasion that corporate tells them nothing, they know when a collection goes up when they see it go up just like we do....so it's the company that's making them "useless".
As Winthrop said earlier, it really does brighten up the eye better than the skin-tone colors.
You are welcome!
