There's the guy down by the Botanical Gardens that wears a marching band hat, marching band top, and a yellow tutu ALL THE TIME.... f-ing bizarre but hilarious! Especially when he's got his little baton and marching down the sidewalk to the beat of a very, VERY different drummer. Also, there used to be a guy that would just dress in either a speedo or spandex biking shorts and prop himself on a lightpole everyday on Ponce and just stand there... all day. I mentioned this to one of my Dad's friends of how weird that was and I was told that he'd been doing that for at least 20 years.... |
