If I knew they knew the fake stuff and were serious MAC addicts like me ...Yes...If not probably not...I wouldn't want to hurt their feelings if that was all they could afford to get and did not have any idea

Eyeliners are gone. Yay enhanced reporting!

If someone got me fake mac, and I knew they'd heard me ranting about ebay and all the fakes you can get - then I probably would tell them. But if they'd gone to the trouble to find out things that I don't have, and then got them...... well, it's the thought that counts, and I wouldn't tell. I'd probably just try to replace it with the real thing later, so I could show them I was using 'their' gift!

I was in a situation where my sis has bought this Lancome cream on eBay,when she showed it to me i thought hmmmm wierd smell,cheap packaging(she paid £30) ..i had to tell her it was a fake as i did NOT want her to use it on her face

^^^ And it normally takes them about 3-4 days to remove stuff...They told me that is why they have it now where all cosmetics require a min 5 day listing period...I used to be able to list for 3 days

i was so surprised too ..logged on late afternoon and they were gone too.Mind you this is still selling !Julie and I have both reported this 2 days ago but now he has more for sale(7 already gone)
What bugs me is that you can CLEARLY see the spelling mistake on the box!!!Get real people like MAC would allow spelling errors on their boxes

Im myself are wary of buyin MAC products, from eBay!There are some lovely ,genuine sellers who sell authentic Mac..Julie springs to my mind but some are just knock offs Nigels!
