estee lauder-talent plus advice?

I got hired in two days time. First i had the interview with the cosmetic department manager then she told me that talent plus would contact me in a day or two.. The next day TP called me, 10 mins after im done the cosmetic manager called me and said that I got the job! During the interview with the cosmetic manager she gave me tips on how to deal with TP. She said to sell yourself more than you would, they expect you to do your best, and with the rankings they give you always answer a 10! I hope that would help!

Okay, did my talent plus yesterday!it was draining but now im anxiously awaiting the results!

Good luck!! My was draining too and I thought that I did amazing.After being in a business for many years ( manager and freelance makeup artist) I thought I nailed it.However that was not the case.
I did not passed for some strange reason.Anyway, I'm not complaining since I was given an a opportunity to be a counter manager for Lancome ( no nonsense Talent Plus required) with a better pay and working conditions.Sometimes a failure can turn to a success.

I took it today for an account Executive position. You guys are talking about being tired after 30 mins. mine was 2 hrs! a previous poster mentioned that they are looking for a specific personality. it isn't pass fail.. it's if your personality is compatible with your team and your boss. I had my talent plus interview this am and received a call from the hiring manager a few hours later to go over my results. she gave me my top 5 talents but didn't really explain. I came here to see where we go to analyze our talents...what they mean?

HELP! I have interviewed for a EL company counter manager position. My talent plus scheduled an approximate 1 hour 15 min interview and it was over in 30 minutes!!!! What should I think? Any input appreciated.
