Wow I REALLY like the nail lacquers too! I'm going for paintpots and nail polishes and thats it. But which paint pots....lol

I agree with a previous poster, that far left one does remind me a lot of artifact. And I'll pass on the blue. But the more pinky/beigy colours are killer.

I really hope Nice Vice p/p is more purple than it looks in that photo.

Other than that, I'm not disappointed

The other paint pots look HOT! The lipsticks and the lipglasses as well. Ohhh & the nail laquers!

orchidazzle and high top are completely different. believe it or not, high top looks like club shadow, with some purple in it.

nice vice is comparable to star violet. it is more purple, less red, than artifact.

cash flow is similar to summer neutral shadow from the sundressing collection.

rollickin' is a subdued, more pastel version of jadeye fluidline.

By the way, I know i reported that i had seen an unknown spring sample quad sitting in one of the mac stores i frequent. Looks like fafi eyes 2 it is!

I just bought Start Violet Saturday, IMO it isn't violet/purple at all..

I keep it with my pink/burgundy eyeshadows.

I was told that in the NYC the collection comes out on Feb. 7. I was at the pro store yesterday and the MUA mentioned it comes out a week before. I have tried calling the store numerous times today and keep getting different answers. Does anyone know if this is indeed being released in the NYC Pro store today?

I believe the release date for the NYC Pro store is Feb 7th which is a week earlier than the launch everywhere else.

OMG!!!! this collection looks sooo pretty! i want it soo bad!! but no money.

gosh, this sucks! has anyone been invited to the mac event they are having for the release of fafi and mac collection? i was soo happy to kno i was added to the list. i will be gettin a makeover and all that good stuff! = ]

Fafie mailer came in today, wheeeeeeeeee!!!

Came home after morning class and got the mail to find a Fafi mailer! It's really cute, one that I'd actually like to keep. It's not the same one that ladynpink got. It's a horizontal 2-panel card with a black background, but what suckered me in is that the representative product images are STICKERS!!!

There's also one with the MAC Fafi logo, one of the three dolls together, one of each of the Fafi characters and random scribble hearts. I can't bear to actually use the stickers but my gosh, I feel like such a kid, I love them!!

I'll post pics tonight hopefully.

Is it just me, or do some of these products look like other products by MAC? I don't just mean dupable colours, but for example the blue paint pot immediately made me think of Parrot eyeshadow, and Girls will be girls nail polish looks like Expensive Pink for your finger nails, LOL! (I think I will buy that nail laquer, I really like the look of it.)

I was thinking about that as I was looking at the pics of it!! I still want it anyways because I'm lacking a blue base and I love turquoise/teal/any bright blue really.

More than likely, I'll hit up the more colorful paintpots from this collection to use as bases since the more neutral ones are slowly becoming part of the perm line.
