What about over a lip liner, subculture is nude and doesn't alter the colour of most lipstick. I usually line and fill my lips in with this before applying lustres and lipglasses.

I'm loving the FAFI collection. I love totally it! and my verveacious. I think I'm going to get the hipness blush, the color's so unique. Also, I'm in love with Strawbaby and sugar trance. The first quad is tempting too. I already have the second one. It's really sheer color though.

I love FAFI altogether, though. Last May in Vegas, I got the Adidas tracksuit of hers. I LOVE IT!

I got a giftcard as a very late Christmas gift so I went over to the countr to check out more items and discovered that crazily, Flowerplay l/s (Strange Hybrid) swatched exactly the same as Utterly Frivolous l/s (Fafi) on me even tho the former is much brighter. Also, the MA I talked to today was wearing Utterly Frivolous l/s with Squeeze It l/g and the combo looked like Strawbaby!

Someone else noted Squeeze It is very similar to Happenin' Gal l/g (BLM), so armed with Flowerplay and Happenin' Gal I can gladly strike 2-3 items off even the bottom of my wishlist!

On my mission to try and find a Hey dupe....when I swatched them side by side (on my NW 15 skin) at my MAC counter, Grain looked to my eyes to be a great dupe. Can someone confirm this or tell me I'm off?!! LOL

EDIT: I know the finishes are diff. (Hey=Veluxe Pearl, Grain=Satin) but they looked pretty good.......

I have not seen Hey IRL but in a MAC Chat I was told All That Glitters would be a good substitute. ATG and Grain are *completely* different so I don't know where that leaves you!

Sure will! I'll take some tonight. I am wearing it in one of my myspace pictures, but you have to see the whole thing for the full effect. They had it at the adidas outlet for $50!!! I have been an avid FAFI fan forever now and I always saw it on ebay and drooled...but when I saw it in person, I about fainted...especially because it was like $300 on ebay! The hoodie is like nylon and cotton, I think. On the outside, there's a print of pink fafinettes and black strips down both sides. It is also reversible and turns into a baby pink with a rainbow "adicolor" on one side. The bottoms are capri style, kinda funky (I don't know about the pants yet) because they're baggy at the top and then at the bottom, there's the stretch thing that goes around your calve...Kinda weird, but the pants are black with pink stripes. I saw a picture online with Fergie wearing it. Anyway, until then the link to my myspace is myspace.com/wiltingorchid.

her tip did work tho for me. It's just that my regular paint that I have (Tan Ray...I think it's discontinued) is lip safe but I think it would look weird.

Yeah I remember hearing that, and I swatched it on myself and didn't see the resemblance. I also tried going more goldy-beige and brown-beige bases.

It looks like it could be close if perhaps I apply on my eye but I think it comes off more pinky-gold on my skin than hey.

Mission: someone please swatch ATG, Hey, Grain??? LOL I doubt anyone has all of them! (Except for maybe Mac_whore since she has such an awesome collection!)

The writing that is on all of the lipglasses. So far the sticker's okay...for now. I'm stashing it in a secret place where no one/nothing can touch it.

that sucks. I know a lot of people say that their writing comes off pretty easily. I've had some lipglasses for months now and they haven't started rubbing off.

Try to hold it where theres no writing lol.

i got pink poodle lipglass in december, a couple weeks later the MAC logo started rubbing off, so im extra careful wih it

it pisses me off though!

yah, the writing on my squeeze it is definitely fading. you can put clear tape over yours to prevent it
