HerGreyness that really sucks, I'm sorry! Hopefully you'll be able to get your hands on the items that were cancelled from your order. Fingers crossed.

Well, now I'm double stalking my e-mail and the Chanel site! Back and forth...over and over...to make sure I don't miss either a cancellation e-mail or new stuff appearing on the site!

This is full of all kinds of crap! The site is already a disaster to begin with and now there are problems, orders are being cancelled, and there's no one to bitch at because CS isn't answering phones (not like they're much help usually anyways, lol).

The worst part? I'm still dying to order the Stupendous quad and a few other things...even the nonsense happening now didn't change that.

yep, if the site is not completely loaded it will tell you that your password is incorrect. Also, if I am logged in on my laptop, it will not let me log in from my ipad & tells me that my password is incorrect.

ok, I have to confess something that happened to me when I was trying to order on Friday & the site wasn't working

I was also on the phone waiting for CS to pick up so that I could just order by phone & you know how the message asks if you want to leave a number & they'll call you back.....well, I accidentally hit #1 for recording & said a curse word at the same time

so...you think they got the message

I usually don't curse, but oh well
