But I don't have a Chanel counter closeby, so I have to deal with it.

Let us know how it goes if you call their "customer service" line!

I received my powder and RAL from the Soho collection from my Sat order.
I was worried because chanel.com had two orders in my queue when I only ordered one. I think they should have waited to distribute to all stores instead of having NM, Saks, etc pooling from their site.
What a disaster!
On another note, I'll have swatches of Stunt ( light plum RAL) and the Soho powder on my blog soon.

Congrats on your Soho haul !! How do you like the powder and RAL for NC50ish complexions? I was afraid to order before seeing swatches. Looking forward to seeing the swatches on your blog.

my stuff is out for delivery

I'm so glad you guys are here! I was such a nervous wreck yesterday being here kept me a little sane. Our son was invited to lecture at another college out of state (he's a prof) & I was tracking his plane (that had been delayed twice) & it just kept staying over the arrival airport & I was getting freaked out. My daughter in law told me that the turbulence was terrible & they couldn't land for a while because of high winds

I probably shouldn't watch the plane tracker as I get so nervous. He has an automated text that notifies me when the plane lands cause he knows it makes me

I am such a nervous worry mom

Anyhow, being here is a stress reliever

And I don't think you're a nervous mom, you're a great mom! I get super nervous whenever Vince is traveling. I just have to remind myself that air-travel is safer than vehicle-travel.

Awww, I really appreciate that! I just felt so crazy worried yesterday. He was on some small plane that I had never even heard of too. Yeah, I need to talk to myself - & be here. As soon as he comes back, he leaves again for LA

. Almost every year he has been on a plane on 9/11 & I cannot even begin to tell you how it feels. It helps to gab to my DIL thanks

Oh my, I could not imagine what it would be like to travel on 9/11 or have a loved one be traveling. I just say lots of prayers whenever a family member or friend is traveling.

I really hope they restock! I keep getting e-mails from Chanel inviting me to attend the Soho Boutique re-opening. Oh yeah, Chanel, just lemme grab the flight out there!

I'll try to get some good swatches. The dark color in the face powder is a beautiful rose - along the lines of Khaki Rose but more rose. But, its not very dark. The face powder is GORGEOUS!
