I think the difference between Soho and Les Khakis is that Les Khakis is being released on the date they intended. I don't think Soho was supposed to go live when it did...the webmasters jumped the gun with the holiday.

Ok, SOOoo I called CS again

And I spoke on ya'lls behalf about the crap going on. Well, the guy I spoke with just happened to be the manager

He explained that they are trying to get it resolved. The Khaki np were not supposed to be up yet until the site issues were resolved :eyeroll:
So I told how unhappy their customers are blah blah blah...and many of them just placed rather large orders & now they have to go through the aggravation again - so why not appease them & offer free shipping for any purchase

He said he is passing all of that along/typing it out as we speak & he is going to suggest that. He also said it is quite aggravating to them as well.
Who knows what will happen.

They said you can put the np in your cart now, but it won't let you check out until they are ready.

I've been smiling alot today! I have to tell myself to relax my smile or it will be permanent, along with the smile lines/wrinkles that come with it!! A permanent smile from Chanel...is that such a bad thing?

Elegant...did you tel the Chanel CR that Neiman Marcus is offering free shipping on their site on any dollar amount (you can buy Chanel on the site)...with a code found on NM's site? I think that would be a big reason for Chanel to offer free shipping to conmpete with them

I can't get the freaking site to load again....this is unbelievable.

I'm having the issue of it taking what I just put in the bag out again too.....guess at 3:00 we'll all be suffering from site crashing......they are the epitome of morons.
