I just called them again too, and said that they REALLY need to do something to appease their customer base, just for putting up with the crap of ordering from chanel.com. I got the standard answer "we'll send your comments 'up'" - again, nothing is ever done.

I don't know why I'm so concerned about the polish - I only want them cuz of the hype

- but then again, they are very pretty.

Oh well, c'est la vie.

Yeah, actually, I've added the polishes I want for my first order, and the total is coming up incorrect. $50 more than it should! Suckas have 15 minutes to get this shizz figured out!

Oh!...Forget to tell...when I got my order yesterday they put in the wrong samples! I requested the eye makeup remover & something else...they sent me two perfume vial samples instead!

TealAngel, are you sure you didn't miss the samples in the tissue? That almost happened to me the other day. Those 2 perfume vials should have been in addition to your requested samples.
