I have pigmented pink lips, almost like a raspberry shade. Mademoiselle didn't do much for me, But I loooooved Orchidee. It's a muted red sorta shade. I also have Cambon and Teheran. Here's a pic of me wearing Orchidee, excuse the bronzer OD

That's a great way to describe it!! I wish you could too! I don't have anyone close by that shares my makeup obsession......fortunately I have wonderful MUAs who treat me well and enable my passion!!

Here are a couple more:

Ipanema - a very sheer gold color with a very pretty luminosity; this one doesn't have much pigment, but would be awesome with a nude liner

Ischia - this is a very pretty almost strawberry color - it has sort of a purple tone, but when swatched it's a pretty deep pink

PhiPhi - a pretty peachy pink (again) - not a lot of pigment, but still pretty

Montego - a nice cool neutral pink

I bought Montego and Ischia today....very very bad girl!!

Thanks for this! I've swatched quite a few of these lately. I really liked Waikiki, but as you mentioned it was quite sheer, and i've learned my lesson with sheer lippies with my somewhat pigmented lips. That's why I love Panarea, it looks dark in the tube, but goes on slightly darker than my lipcolour and it's sort of plummy brown nude. One of the more unique l/s that I own. Have yet to try Como on.

I agree with everyone else, Orchidee looks gorgeous on you, Shadowy Lady!

I only have one Aqualumiere lipstick, Marjorca, which is a warm rosy pink with gold glitters. It is slightly gritty and not my favourite Chanel lipstick. I just feel that if I want a sheer lipstick, I prefer MAC lustre lipsticks, although they are without SPF. Otherwise, Rouge Coco, Rouge Allure and Hydrabase (on their way to be discontinued) are good enough for me.

Luckily, I already have Blue Celeste, Mystic Eyes and Imprevu!

I just have to share a little story that made my day!!

My husband was doing some online banking this morning and he noticed a Neiman Marcus charge. So he asks me, "what are we getting from NM?" to which I replied softly "oh, Chanel make-up". He smiled and laughed out loud and said "well it's about time babe, I wondered when you'd look that direction, you deserve it". He even let me describe what was coming and pretended to know the difference between rosey-red pink and red or pink.

Aww...I love that man, so so much.

Anyway, thanks to you all here, my very first Chanel goodies will be here in a few days!

Camnagem, your husband sounds so sweet.

I too am lemming Mythic Rouge Allure now based on that picture of Sienna Miller. I also now want the Spices quad and the dark blue waterproof liner. I tried out the black one I picked up last weekend, and really like it because it's a soft black and was super easy to use. Plus, even though it's a twist up pencil, there's a little sharpener built in the back to make the point nice and fine after it wears down. IMO, that's worth the extra $10 Chanel charges for their pencils!!!

This thread is not good for my wallet! Need to focus on the house, lol!

What a GREAT hubby!! Mine indulges my habit without really knowing he's doing so.....one day he may call a halt (as my mom used to say

I have always loved Chanel makeup, and now this thread has renewed my passion and it is even stronger now.

There is a promotion at a department store this weekend and I'm going to buy me some Chanel makeup and skincare. Very excited but I hope I don't break the bank!
