i have no clue on who she is (maybe her show isn't big in the uk?) however looking at the pictures is sad. she looked fine before. it's tragic that she felt te need to do that to herself at such a young age. i'm not against surgery - heck if i could afford it there would be a couple of things i would fix about myself.

She really should have opted out of this latest round of surgery. She looks like a 40 year old Stepford wife. I don't think it's an improvement, and she did NOT need a brow lift.
It's definitely serious body dysmorphia, and any surgeon worth their salt would have made her work on that before slicing her up.
I understand she feels immense pressure to look good, but I remember wedding-era Heidi and I thought she was incredibly beautiful then. The latest pictures I've seen look unnatural, stiff and strange.

i didn't know she had A cups before and upgraded to 32C. she's about my size and i have 32C (all natural) and i'm happy with them. the biggest i ever had was 34D and i thought i lookedkind of weird because my waist is still tiny. so idk wtf is up with this girl...she's batshit crazy i guess. she looks ridiculous with DDDs i can't even imagine H cups.
also, she looks like a 40-something suburban housewife that just got a facelift to keep her overweight, moderately successful husband. NOT a young woman with the rest of her life to make her own success.

I thought she was ugly before the surgery and now she just looks weird.
As for her being dumb or an emotional mess, I can't really judge her on that. Everyone has their own insecurities. I wear makeup to hide imperfections and to accentuate the good. So I can't really judge someone for having a part of their body fixed that they found something wrong with.
I will say this, I am a natural DD and I love my boobs, I just like bigger boobs. If I had a smaller chest I would probably get a boob job. Also, after I'm finished having kids I will be right there in my surgeons office telling him to tuck this and suck that. Exercise and healthy eating can only do so much.

Don't get me wrong I find nothing wrong with having plastic surgery. I have a good friend that had no boobs and I mean she was bearly an A cup. Great girl, lovely personality but the size of her boobs was a huge concern for her. She didn't feel feminine without them. She had a boob job and went up to a C cup. Not only is she more confident but she is happier with the way that she looks in clothing now. That said you have to think about the underlying insecurities that may be plaguing Heidi if she's had 10 procedures, came close to death ( according to her) and then is contemplating more work. I feel sorry that she feels this is something she HAS to do to compete.

The first round of ops she had was perfect, IMO she looked really good. That's it, though. After that, it was enough. I dunno WTH she was thinking, and it's so sad because she doesn't even have facial expressions anymore due to all the unnecessary surgery. Everything about Heidi now screams plastic.

I could see how a few things about her looks would make her feel insecure and I sympathize on her reasons for wanting to have work done on her chin/jaw, (they make fun of Leno for having that chin and he's a big man), her ears (which is a pretty common procedure done to small children so that they don’t get teased) and her childsize chest (I too was upset because I was an A until almost the age of 17).
She was attractive before any surgery, and for the exception that at this time it does make her look like a different person and she might have overdone it with the breast size (the C looked perfect), I think she looks great.
