It basically means from/of Scotland - my hubbys ancestry is scottish!

Actually, its also the name I have finally chosen...LOL!!! It sounds a bit sharper and clean, and its easier for people to both say and spell

I love Cian. I had a brief fling with a very dishy irish man called Cian! Would have loved to use it as a name for my second but doesn't fit with my surname. Other favourites of mine that couldn't/wasn't allowed to use are Isaac and Sacha.

I really like Cian. I think it is short, masculine and sweet name. It also so short, that everyone probably will call him as Cian, and not with some freaky nickname.

But all three names are nice and whatever you choose, it will probably be the right one.
