Speaking of returns, I don't think the MAC free standing stores accept returns or exchanges without any receipts. I tried 2 times because I left the receipt in another purse but they said they don't do that. I even said I have my credit card so they can find my receipt in their system, but that didn't work either. The free standing stores are more strict than Nordstrom or Macy's counters! I guess it makes sense that they don't accept products without receipts because otherwise, people can just bring in a MAC product they got from ebay or someplace else and get whatever they want from the MAC store in return.
