Lets say that same guy took things farther, and somehow I ended up in a situation where he had power over me. Assault, rape, blackmail, etc come to mind. And in having that power over me, was like, "Thats right, your my bitch now." In that event, I think the word bitch, in that context would be very hurtful, and further add to the dehumanization of that situation.
Does that make sense?
