Jesse's Girl Blue Look

I wanted to do a really bright blue look and decided to try on Jesse's Girl (since I rarely use them and have had them for years now) and trying it out wet with their own product.
I'm not loving it as much as I use too - I'm just not a fan of shimmer at all, so I might give it away. The results were meh to me...

BTW, I don't really like Jesse's Girl eye stuff, but their glosses are great, at least to me. Blue is BEAUTIFUL on you.
