Good idea. You don't think it will be too dark for me?I'm sure if you contacted Chanel they could switch it for you.

Give me a day and I'll swatch PL in B60+70 next to it. If anyone else wants a comparison swatch of any Chanel foundation to les beiges in shade 40 let me know!Good idea. You don't think it will be too dark for me?
That would be amazing! Thank you!Give me a day and I'll swatch PL in B60+70 next to it. If anyone else wants a comparison swatch of any Chanel foundation to les beiges in shade 40 let me know!
You mean on chanel.com?:haha: I think I totally ignored that little fact---funny how the mind sways us in times like these---I told myself that it wasn't too bad because there's no sales tax or shipping costs. :agree: :frenz:
does the 10 line, so 10, 30, 50 + 70 have pink tone? while the 20 line, so 20, 40 + 60 have yellow tone?
you may want to check local counters to see if they have testers yet - i think some of the colors seem so close you could prob be good with a few of them! plus if you live in FL too there is no way of avoiding sun!! also, if they are putting 40 in the gift set then i would think it would be the most universal - HTHGood idea. good to know - gosh wonder if need one of those now too! i missed those limited ones that everyone raves about from last summer!! will test them when les beiges gets to store, what if it doesn't get to store until later in august i will not be able to wait any LONGER than aug 1st!This is true. All of the "moisturizing" bronzing powders are going bye-bye.

I wish she actually posted photo after the makeoverThis is a fun post that mentions how 2 different shades of Les Beiges were used on Sabrina at a makeover...and also how a RC was mixed with a RCS:

thanks for heads up, will scratch off list! I have regular guerlain terracotta but hit pan and color # rubbed off! while i love bronzer, i dont really need more than one great one (hoping les beiges is the one!) esp since i finally got the C soleil makeup base, wow, love it! I think it works amazing with new cream blush, destiny and hoping w/les beiges it will be perfect trifecta! wanted to get the G limited edition bronzer this summer but it was way too light for me but so pretty in pan! not pale, not dark and every make up counter says I have both pink/yellow tone - have C aqua compact in 42 beige rose - must find out color at MAC as everyone always uses that to compare!! plus i am not getting any younger so will need a "more coverage" foundation! hah! eek! thanks teger, you have so much knowledge + great info - really appreciate it!! happy w/e!!Some random thoughts... I don't think they are remarkable or worth buying just because they're being DC'd. The texture is different from the summer 2012 bronzers. They are not as silky smooth. Most shades are sold out at counters... Chanel.com only has one at the moment (the darkest shade - 64) The 62 Terre Epice was the only one that was really nice. It's perfect to warm up very pale skintones. Although Chantecaille makes a bronzer that's wonderful for fair skin.
I like the Tahiti bronzing powder.Which Chantecaille one do you like Teger?
You're the best, Teger! Thank you so much! I now think you're right and I should switch to No.40. This has been so helpful! And here's swatches of all of them on paper
Thank you for the swatches! Unfortunately none of these look like they will work for me as an all over finishing powder.
