Loreal HIP

i have their foundation as well as many other eyeshadow duos. the eyeshadows are great - the foundation is VERY orange and it is very pigment intense - in a bad way. if i ever have to use it, i can't use it alone. i bought the lightest color possible and its still too dark for me. stick with their eyeshadow and pigment stuffs and stay far far away from the mascaras and foundations imo

Can anyone tell me, where I can find in the United States a palette for these e/s?

I like the Flashy and Flamboyant Collection. Turquoise is one of my favorite Colors. I like vibrant colors. Neutral makeup is my enemy.

I stocked up on the bogo last week. I got 4 e/s, 1 paint, and 1 eyeliner and I'm very satisfied.

I love my MAC products, but at the same time it's nice to test out colors that I may not wear often and know that I got them at a reasonable price!

If I had to compare colors I would say:
lighter color of Mischief duo compares to MAC Shroom
dark grey in the Rascal duo compares to MAC Knight Devine or maybe even a less shimmery version of Charred
the lighter color of the Sassy duo compares to MAC Satin Taupe. The duo reminds me a little of the NAR's Habanera duo (that I want so much so I will have to settle for this lol)
Commanding cream shadow paint reminds me of a paint pot by MAC. It goes on super smooth and really lasted!

These are only my opinions but I hope this helps!

i was in mac today lookin for new eyeshadows, i have been eyein twinks when i swatched it on my hand i thought hmm this looks looks like something i already have. of course the swatch was gone by time i got home but it reminded me of the darker shade of the hip playful ue.or the brownish side of the forgiving side. if anyone knows exactly which one is the twinks dupe that would be great

i also noticed that goldmine and the yellow/gold from the flamboyant looks exactly the same on me.

the lighter side of cheeky looked like mac cranberry
the blue side of roaring looks like mac deep truth
showy=parrot
gold in saucy=amberlights

does anyone know of where i can find a list of dupes for these vs mac and possible swatches comparing the two..i have seen lists for milani and nyx but never these..thanks

What do you guys think about the paints?? I saw an ad for them in April's Cosmo and they look really nice & they are not in Canada yet! So far, all we have is the foundation and eyeshadow duos!

I've only gotten one of the shadow duos, the one with purple and pink in it? (I think it might be called "Flamboyant".) and couldn't get more 'cause it's always sold out. I thought it'd be great and sort of a sub for more expensive MAC stuff, but the pigment was kinda disappointing. I still had to apply at least twice as much shadow as I would with a MAC or Urban Decay product, and the colours don't blend as well.

I really like the yellow colour though. It is good quality makeup, but with waiting for the stores to restock it's really just kinda... blah lol

I really liked the eyeshadows, but the creme liner isn't for me. It was my first creme liner and I really liked the color. When I applied it, it would ball up and fall into my eyes. It seemed like it was little chunks of mascara falling or something, but I didn't have any on. I tried using a different brush and it did the same thing. Are all creme liners like that?

My friend sent me some "pieces" of TEAL and the blue one liner and they are really hard. They have a real shape, a ball. Other cream / gel liners are more liquid. Definitaly. I read the advice to add glycerine to DRIED FLUIDLINERS. Maybe that would work for these too. I love the TEAL one. It´s like my favorite e/s POMPOUS BLUE by MAC. Great. But really, really hard.

Unfortunately my camera "steals" some green tones out of teal swatches. Bit crazy. So add some more green hints in your mind :-D

Me too, I just sold my palette with the original 15 e/s. They are very nice, but I always use MAC only. Would be a waste on me, because they are really good :-D
