I use ablaze liner with sushi kiss. I love it so much. It added a little pink and some brightness to sushi kiss that made it more beautiful in my opinion.

I was disappointed in TD b/c I wanted a yellow-based orange like that (totally unlike anything I have) but the frickin' sheerness!

Does anyone else have formula problems too with these sheer mac lipsticks? They aren't only sheer, they tend to look like hell on my lips--an uneven hell that accentuates any lip flaws I may be experiencing. I keep trying to make TD work for me and it keeps saying "nope."

The only way I've found to make TD work for me is to fill in my lips completely with liner first, then put TD over it. I actually really love Ablaze l/l all over with TD on top. It's almost like a subdued Morange.

Hmmmm...I'll have to look back through my lip tar swatch library to see if anything is really a good dupe. Pretty sure something is and if not it can definitely be mixed lol.

Banjee? Beta? I'd love to hear your thoughts. There could be an Inglot dupe as well...

Anytime! It'll be worth it to take the time to use the liner first. Aside from the fact that it makes TD more wearable (for me, anyway), it also makes the color last a lot longer. The worst thing about lustres for me is how quickly they fade. I get an extra few hours of wear out of them if I fill in with liner first!

I don't know if I'd call Beta a dupe unless that's just the orange you wished TD was. I think it would need to tweaked a little to make it more TD only opaque. Banjee might be closer to it...but I think it's a little more yellow. Similar though.

And on me, Flamingo is quite bright! But since it is a light color, it's a good everyday lipstick on most people.

Everyone is so different! That's why swatches on different skins and lips help. I love the varieties of humanity!

Flamingo looks bright on me too... and more coral than pink.

I got SK on Friday and I LOVE it...I love it so very much! Definitely one I have to pair with a liner, but its a gorgeous peach on me. I'm glad I kept the back order with Nordies because now I have a b/u on the way!

That's how I am with Shy Girl! It's the only nude shade I've found that doesn't wash me out! I used to be able to pull of Hue (back when I had dark brown hair) but not anymore ): Will post swatches when they arrive - my order is still 'pending' on the site - so hopefully it's shipped asap
