Make sure you do you PT! I understand nerve damage my right/leg is starting to feel almost "normal". When I first got hurt I couldn't even have a pant leg touch the top of my foot. It was crazy hyper sensitive.
Ugh I swear nerve pain is the worst kind. It's just unbearable. I try to do some of the exercises my physical therapist went over with me, but some of them agitate my neck even worse. Hopeefully things will work out though!

so are we stalking tonight? i have a major annoying stye on my eye! and it hurts like hell .. so if we are i need to look up some home remedies for styes! my grandma told me to wear a safety pin on my shirt and my stye would get scared and go away! i know WTF! right? idk but i do what grandma tells me
Apply warmth to it. Warmth helps your natural process of fighting bacteria (chemical reactions and all working better with some heat). Your body will fight it out on it's own. Try to avoid using contacts or rubbing ur eyes

good for you. If you like meditation and yoga, they also help.. walking, biking.. relieve stress.
Hi hun! sorry about your headaches. My Neurologist is one of the best in Boston and He told me to take Caffeine for my migraines. a shot of coffee or those pills that have  caffeine in them. i think CVS makes a some that have acetaminophen/caffeine. Ohh that old man Knows! It reallly helps.  Of course im not telling you to just Do it, But to Discuss it with your Doctor. What he thinks about it and if it can help you?? Good luck!
Exercise does seem to help. I'm also looking at a breast reduction to reduce the stress in my neck (one of the signals a migraine is coming on). @kimibos I had a really great neurologist in DC when I lived there. I've tried the caffeine pills from the drugstore and they make me nervous even though caffiene from other sources is ok. I've found the best refief has been gluten free food. It's crazy how much it helped. The bad thing is that now that I live far from him, I can't get his migraine break though treatment. Every so often I have a migraine that lasts more than 5 days and I need to go to the ER to break it. He had a mix of anti nausea, pain meds, and magnesium. It really helped. Thanks for that advice and thinking of me :)

You can stalk. Just don't be touching ur eye. Specially since you're touching your phone and then same hands touch the other eye. Copied this from Web md aka hypochondriac anonymous: Styes are caused by a bacterial infection. Usually the bacteria grow in the root (follicle) of an eyelash A stye usually starts as a red bump that looks like a pimple along the edge of the eyelid. As the stye grows, the eyelid becomes swollen and painful, and the eye may water. Most styes swell for about 3 days before they break open and drain. Styes usually heal in about a week. Apply warm, wet compresses for 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 6 times a day. This usually helps the area heal faster. It may also help open a blocked pore so that it can drain and start to heal. Use an over-the-counter treatment. Try an ointment (such as Stye), solution (such as Bausch and Lomb Eye Wash), or medicated pads (such as Ocusoft Lid Scrub). Let the stye or chalazion open on its own. Don't squeeze or open it. Don't wear eye makeup or contact lenses until the area has healed. If a stye is not getting better with home treatment, talk to your doctor. You may need a prescription for antibiotic eye ointment or eyedrops. You may need to take antibiotic pills if infection has spread to the eyelid or eye.

I am overweight now (gained a lot of weight after I broke my neck unfortunately) so I'm trying to work on getting some of that off since I know it will help my back. But I can't exercise now, so I just have to try and eat better. Stenosis is the word I was looking for! That's what they said is in my neck, I knew I had arthritis in it from the car accident. Thank you!  Lumbar is where the one dislocated disc is, that's the one that's causing the most problems. I'm not sure what's happening mid-back right now bc I haven't got an MRI on that yet but hoping it's not another disc problem! Thank you for all the advice! I'm terrified to get surgery but I'm in so much pain all day long I'm not sure what else to do. I have a few friends that are nurses so I'll probably ask them what they think after I talk to the neurosurgeon. Ugh I swear nerve pain is the worst kind. It's just unbearable. I try to do some of the exercises my physical therapist went over with me, but some of them agitate my neck even worse. Hopeefully things will work out though!
I'm so sorry! Feel better, love!

So sorry about you having to leave your Doctor. Finding great doctors is very Difficult. I hope you find one that can help you. ughh Migraines are the worst. and Nausea is something i detests with all my guts. I usually call before going to the ER. they ask so many damn questions LOL i cant image to be waiting for them to do something while having a Migraine.

Great about the Gluten Free diet. i had no idea it helped for that. i only knew it use for people with Celiac Disease or the ones that are allergic to Gluten.
The good thing is that Gluten Free Food is more available now. thanks to the Ignorance of Gwyneth Paltrow.
It Definitely Helps people with Real Medical Problems.
