MAC Alluring Aquatic Collection (May 22, 2014)

I just got Enchanted One, tried it on and its my perfect nude lipstick. I have found it!! Now I have to get a BU of it, oh boy!

Yay! I love when I find my "me" shades!!

Prescriptives used to do that. They could blend powders or liquids, whichever the customer preferred. They had their cosmetic collections organized by skin tones, which was innovative back then.

Then Estee Lauder (which owns Px) pulled them off the market. There was enough ruckus that Px is back, but on-line only. They will still blend for those whose mixes were recorded. I didn't wear foundation much then -- i wish i'd had it done. Now they're offering to do something like that again for new people, via photos and on-line consultations (with video i think). But since it's on-line only, i'd be a bit skeptical that they could make a perfect match :-(

It was a definitely innovative and it was such great thing because the color match was perfect. I didn't wear foundation either back then but they did a lovely powder for when I was all dolled up and photos were to be taken! Stupid move by EL, that is the one constant complaint from makeup wearers global the perfect foundation or concealer match!

All of my goodies are here, Macy's came early. Having a bad hair so pics will happen tomorrow!

I went to Nordstroms today and got Water Deities and Sea Worship. I was surprised to see they still had that shadow and all the lipglasses along with a few of Mystical and Goddess of the Sea. I didn't ask about the other shadows.

@nasquiat Yeah...that part sucks. Hopefully MAC will have a re-stock soon and you can grab some backups!

Shontay07108. Water Deities is perfect for summer time when you have that sun kissed glow whether it's naturally or from a bottle!

Well I just received my Mystical, PMP and GotS lippies. The only one I will be keeping is PMP. I will get the clear water l/g to go with it and it will also work a lippie for combos. Siren Song is on its way and I already know I'm keeping that. The only lippie left after that is EO. So far I am underwhelmed with Mystical and GotS because they look sooooo much like other lippies I have in my stash. Nothing to go crazy for....well except for the packaging. I'm passing them along to my niece. She'll go crazy for the packaging and enjoy them. Wouldn't it be cool if MAC gave customers the option of putting someone's favorite lippie or other beauty product in a L/E packaging of their choice? This option could be open just for a limited time. Eh. Wishful thinking.

I'm surprised I haven't gone back for more stuff considering how beautiful the packaging is. I used AS as a blush the other day, I thought it looked really lovely.

SS & EO are my absolute faves from this collection. SS wins though!

Yup. It looks like SS wins for me too. I hope I feel that way about EO when it arrives. PMP is lovely to me with CW l/g. Not too much on its own for me. But I don't have anything like it and paired with another lippie makes it work for me.

Just got back from a store and counter, I was surprised to see what was sold out. Only lipstick gone was mystical, i got the last siren song from the counter. All e/s gone except lorelei, blushes there and bronzers!

Sorry if this has been asked already but does anyone have both Glamourdaze & Mystical? Are they similar?

On me they are. I'm around NC50 for reference. Glamour Daze is slightly darker and more plum. Mystical is pretty close to Bad Girl RiRi too. It's a little less brown and creamier

I know, I don't know why they don't carry such an amazing shade.  Honestly, I highly suggest you take the plunge and get it anyway.  It would look amazing on you.  If you do get it, please let me know what you think!

I just ordered it off of Nordstroms online! I took the plunge because I had a gift card that has been sitting in my wallet since Christmas! I can't wait to get it and try it on. I use ebates for the first time too. I've had it but always forget about it. I don't think they give cash back for the gift card portion though. Do you (or anyone else) know if you can get cash back somehow if you forgot to use it? I ordered something from Nordstrom a couple weeks ago and completely forgot about ebates. I rarely order online so I'm not used to using ebates regularly.
