I wouldn't have seen this had MAC not retweeted it, as like many of you I'd never heard of her. Not sure if this is just wishful thinking on her part, or if it really is supposed to be the new trend

Looking at the Fall Pro Trend palette, an "earthy" purple is certainly very fashionable.

Thank you UPS My Choice for always telling me what MAC can't. My lippie will arrive tomorrow! So for me, the 2 day shipping WAS worth it since the order was processed and shipped out the day I ordered YR. When I order using standard ground shipping, it always takes at least an extra day or two to process PLUS the five business days in transit.

Dangit Amazon Prime, you've spoiled me with your fast processing and shipping time!

I'm spoiled by living near the Canadian warehouse; if I order very early in the am, I'll usually have my order the next day using standard shipping. I use free express when I can, but all it really does is guarantees that I'll get what I'd typically get anyway.

If I order in the afternoon, standard or express, it will go out the next day and I'll receive it the day after that (always for express, typically for standard). I'd hate waiting a week!

I have a real aversion to paying for shipping. No reason to with MAC; I walk by a free-standing MAC store on my way to the office, I have a Pro store about 15 minutes from my office and I have a Bay just down the road from home. The only reason I order online is to secure coveted LE items or get online only exclusives.

I don't love Canadian MAC pricing, but I'm certainly blessed from a shipping/access to stores perspective.

Good morning Specktra family. Off Topic for a second. Did anyone else who ordered the new Chanel FNO lipstick in LA PROVOCANTE have their order cancelled on them? I was so shocked. This has never happened to me.

I mean, in a way it's a blessing because I didn't really have the money, but the lipstick color is to die for. I am still looking forward to receiving my YR. I may order another one since it's not sold out yet.

That sucks. Quite frankly, I expect better service from Chanel, but I have always ordered their products from other sellers (Nordies, Amazon, Sephora). I finally got the MAC ship notice, I was starting to sweat it. All for a lippy that will likely be way too dark and swapped. What can you do?

I ordered that sneaky Chanel provocateur, the order wasn't cancelled, but doesn't show up in my account history, but was shipped. weirdness all over. it's not on the site any more either.
That one and YR will get to me the same day. should be interesting to see which i like better. if i ever get my memory back, i'll try to post a swatch of both.

My order is still pending. I called and was told it's still processing, but should ship today. Your shipping explanation also makes sense. But I'm still raging that my order hasn't shipped yet.
