Could someone do a side by side comparison of Flip and Femme Fi? I plan on buying most of the Redhead collection but Flip looks a little orange-y in some photos and I'm thinking I might like Femme Fi better. TIA

that's because it is orangy. femme-fi is cream, similar to shroom.

I like Femme Fi a LOT better than Shroom. If you're near a counter/store, you should swatch them together and see what you like better. You don't need both.

I saw the real life today and I am so in awe... I want:

- Blonde MSF... for sure, so smooth and pigmented
- Redhead MSF... agreed as above
- henna e/s: pigmented like crazy with one swipe
- live & dye
- the nude lipstick that I can't think of name right now... lol
- Top Knot e/s is sparkly deep dark purple and gorgeous in pot but looks black on my skin, so maybe not want

... since I didn't have much time I didn't get to check out the brunette MSF and other lippies in details, but it's good to save my money since they're pretty dupeable

I don't have many lipglosses from MAC (in fact I only have the dazzleglasses from Red She Said collection), and I think it'll be good a good platform to start from this collection. The colors look gorgeous! I'll be getting an MSF for sure, because I don't have any yet and I'm itching to try it out. Still unsure about which e/s and l/s I'll be getting. Money's a huge issue right now.

I got to play with this collection at Nordie's today ... but sadly was unable to take pics because the manager there is really snippy about it (don't know why ... she is actually pretty snippy about everything).

I have to say that I am DOOMED! I was planning on getting only three each of the lipsticks and lipglasses ... but now I want ALL of the lipsticks and all of the lipglasses except for Peroxide because it just doesn't seem all that different from the other multitude of pale pink glosses I have.

The shadows are amazing ... the only one I was disappointed in was Top Knot. It is gorgeous in the pan but just went on as straight sooty black. Of course ... this was on my hand and had no base, so I am hoping that when I get it home (since my OCD ass can't bring myself to only buy 8 and not go for the very last one) I can find a way to make it work to my liking.

The MSFs are OMG OMG OMG amazing! I was planning on only getting the Blonde one, but it is actually my least favorite. The redhead one is gorgeous and very unique and the Brunette one is way more wearable than I thought and pretty as hell. It reminds me of So Ceylon in that it is bronzey, but So Ceylon does NOT work for me and this one does. I can't wait to play with these. The texture of them is amazing too ... so finely milled and they feel so good going on!

Can't wait for next week ... I need it ... now!

None of the lippies really caught my eye, maybe when I see them IRL.

On a side note-I was looking at the eyeshadow swatches & my 5 y/o son came over & said I know which ones you want. I said go ahead & show me then, (I gave him a hint that I only wanted 3 (@ the time)) & sure enough he was right on the first try.

Ahhh I'm glad you said this!! I have 3 backups of fashion pack & love nectar was my first l/g love, I'm stocking up on live and dye!

Thanks, Sanayhs! I think Femme Fi is closer to what I am looking for and I think it will look great with 100 Strokes and French Cuff.

Hmmm... I'm going to have a tough time deciding whether or not to get Flip. I have and adore Evening Aura. Henna is another maybe, as I have Warm Suede already. I'm definitely grabbing a Femme Fi. It seems ALL of the redhead lipstuffs will be coming home with me, along with Redhead and Blonde MSFs. I'll take along my two "extra" sets of empties just in case and see when happens from there. I'm doing much better than I thought I would!

Thanks Erine for the swatches and BunnyBunnyBunny for your reviews. Both of you help me make up my mind on things sooo many times.

I think from this collection I will definitely get:

I thought I might go touch pincurl, but I don't like Vex or Seedy Pearl and don't want to offend their love child.

If I take my (pan-less) empty pots and they are accepted, I can come in under $75. We shall see. If the freestanding store is open tomorrow, I might do some recon.

Please do not throw stuff at me...I know this has been asked...but I can't find it on this thread.....Femme-fi is the same as my Neo e/s correct - Yeah saves me $$.....Knight is that the same as my Knight Divine?? Please say yes ...saves more $$$
