Same here....The bad part is the constant refreshing is what slows the sytem down....We had one of our office systems crash due to everyone constantly refreshing on the employee sale and new job posting threads we had... I'm sure it will get better soon.

This is pretty anti-climatic now as it is the next day, but I had an appointment set with my MUA yesterday (Tuesday) because she wasn't going to be in Thursday for the release. I got to play with all the yummies...

and 369.64 later I came home with

Off topic, but instead of refreshing every few minutes, you could subscribe to the thread and get either an instant notification or a digest(daily/weekly). I know for myself, it helps me "keep up" without waiting for pages to load.

All depends on how often you want to have new mail.

No your not missing anything. There are a few girls here who were able to purchase BBR before its release date through some of the MAC locations even though it isn't supposed to be released until thursday/friday?? Im soo confused with the dates but it will be friday online (for sure) because MAC doesn't want the consumer taking advantage of the 25% off with BBR. So friday for online and thursday/friday for stores.

I tried to respond via PM, but it had trouble finding you as a user apparently geez! This is sooo frustrating!!

When I hit last page on the thread it takes me to 146 then I have to keep adding pages to get to the actual last page.

I couldn't post last night at all, and I was trying to put up a picture, now when I tried to post again, it says that I already posted that pic in this thread SOMEWHERE!! Argh!!! K, nuff bitchin'! LOL

Hey ladies,

I know there was a lot of disappointment regarding BBR not coming out yesterday, but on the positive side (a resolution of mine is to be super positive this year) check back today on the website regarding items that were sold out yesterday. I was able to get a few eyeshadows (hepcat and satelliete dreams) and spring bean l/g today even though they were sold out yesterday. So, while it doesn't make up for BBR, getting 25% off those items did make me smile.

Now let's hope when I call the stores in my area...they've located their stock since yesterday all 3 stores claimed they hadn't received their shipments yet and said they were launching Thursday and hadn't heard any different.

Going to call soon so fingers crossed! i just hope they don't tell me they won't launch till Friday and then I call tomorrow afternoon and they got everything in and put it out Thursday afternoon!

OK....Now I'm ticked...Just called all the stores in my area and they are all claiming that due to inventory their shipments are either lost or were stopped because of inventory. So they have no idea when they will launch. And since they won't hold till they get stock in, if they receive the shipment, they will put it out whenever they get it. Which sucks because something could sell out before you know they have it!

AHHH! The only good thing is I called a Pro Store near me and they're holding what I want as they got their stock...but it sucks because I have gift certificates to use at The Bay which sells Mac.

Do you guys think stuff will sell out fast? I could wait and then return the stuff to the Pro Store if the stuff comes in at the other store. I just don't want to risk not getting what I want because of Mac's stupidity! But I asked for GC for Christmas just for this collection. AHHHH!
