So, I had to go to 2 different stores as the Macy's counter was crazy and they didn't have French Cuff or Red Devil in. So, I went to my freestanding. The MA thought I was a little crazy.
I ended up getting:
All 3 MSF's. They are just so pretty to look at. I just want to stare at them.
Eye Shadows
Flip - So not Evening Aura. It actually is a slightly lighter version of my beloved Cosmic. So freaking gorgeous.
French Cuff - I think its a good lustre, and is just so pretty.
100 Strokes - A beautiful darkened brown purple. It looks so amazing in the crease with Flip and French Cuff.
Oooh... earthquake... it wasn't too bad... I'm back.
Lip Sticks - Nothing. Blow Dry was pretty but was just too sheer. All's Fair was too cool for me.
Lip Gloss -
Red Devil - I'm so glad I made a second trip for this. It is a gorgeous coral which looks divine over Mellow Flame.
Strawberry Blonde - Very pretty pink lipgloss which will look good all on it's own.
Lastly, 214 brush. Everyone needs this. It is amazing. The MA at Macy's was enthralled by it, as it was the first time she had seen it.
So, I only ended up spending $80 because I had a Macy's g/c and one set of back to mac.
So I just checked, the earthquake was a 4.9 out near Pomona, I hope everyone in the IE is OK.
I ended up getting:

god i feel like shit! i went to the doctor today and she said i have bronchitis. she gave me some meds so they better kick in quick. and when i slipped on the ice yesterday morning (yeah, like i need anything else to happen), i hurt my shoulder somethin' fierce, so i'm on meds for that too. life sucks! anyway, tho we had limited stock of some stuff, we've already sold outta the 214 and blow dry.

its a good lustre. similar to mythology, but more pink, not so orange. i did comparison pics of the two. i also did pics of french cuff to redhead. nothing alike here either.

So here's what I ended up getting.. (Light in MSFN/115 in MUFE HD skintone)
Redhead MSF- I think everyone knows by now how fabulous this is. Since I'm fair, I think bronzers tend to look quite unnatural on me, but this adds a nice peachy bronze glow that's VERY beautiful. I know they used it at practically every show at NY Fashion Week and I can see why.
Knight ES- I didn't have a true grey and I liked that this didn't have blue undertones (like Swan Lake does, the only other shimmery grey I have)
Femme-Fi ES- Subtle and pretty
Top Knot- This actually shows up rather purple on me. It's very black, but I can definitely see purple too.
Pin Curl- An interesting grey toned purple pinkish, I like the texture on this the best out of any of the eyehsadows.
Strawberry Blonde- Much more subtle than I thought, but it's a pretty berry color.
Red Devil- Absolutely gorgeous golden coral, great payoff.
Live and Dye- This is definitely "my lips but better", it's really subtle but low-maintenance and just PRETTY.
and I FINALLY got the 217 brush and Vanilla pigment. I know, I'm late on this boat but OHMYGOD. Vanilla pigment is so sexy
I was really disappointed with most of the lipsticks.. They were ALL really sheer
Which is nice, but they just didn't look anything special. I'd rather get more YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks. I was also really disappoined with French Cuff ES. I thought for sure I would love this, despite the texture, but honestly it was just a bunch of glitter and no real color
I'm definitely going to go back and B2M for What A Do! (after hearing how much everyone is liking it) and maybe buy the Blonde MSF along with the 109 brush. But that'll have to be after my paycheck

Yeah, Flip does look like Cosmic but with Solar Heat thrown in, tis so pretty.
And goldmine is darker but I am going to try to dreammaker by layering flip on top of goldmine.

So, I layered Redhead over Brunette.
God, these MSF's are so amazing. On my NC40 skin Redhead is a beautiful golden highlight, like otherworldly but better.
So, I layered Redhead over Brunette.

I went to my local Macys counter today and I bought the redhead MSF!
I love it! It's so pretty! I asked the MA if he could try on the brunette and redhead msf's on different cheeks so I could see the difference. Brunette was kinda dark for me (NW35). It was still really pretty though but I think it would look better on me in the summer when I get tan haha so I just might have to get it
I was gonna get more today but I didn't have enough $, but, I get paid tomorrow so I'm going back again to get eyeshadows and maybe some lipsticks and lip glosses.
I was looking at live and dye today and it looks a lot like prrr to me from the bottle. Does anyone know if they're similar at all?
