Shine Manish and Red Devil are nothing alike.
A lovely lady in the BBR swatch thread did a comparison of them.
Nothing alike.

The tempting site that can't be named says that this makeup is Neutrogena. Well, I've never seen neutrogena makeup look this good.

So apparently Hayden isn't wearing mac at all.. she's wearing Neutragena cosmetics..

Celebrity makeup artist, Amy Oresman created Hayden Panetierre’s Golden Globe look!
Get The Look
Eyes: “With eyes like Hayden’s green sparklers, who needs a load of jewelry? We amped up the brilliance of Hayden’s green eyes with Neutrogena’s newest Nourishing Eye Quad in Vintage Wine. It includes a dazzlingly deep burgundy in a powder powerful enough to act as an eyeliner, which is perfect for creating the smoky look that Hayden adores. I layered on the Vintage Wine at the lash line and doubled it in the outer corners for an extra flash of drama.”
Face: “I love to build on Hayden’s golden look with Neutrogena Radiance Bronzer in Sunkissed. I swept it through the crease of her eye and all around her cheekbones and neck. It’s so soft and light you just cannot put too much on … so go crazy with it!”
“After bronzing, I mixed two delectable Neutrogena Soft Color Blushes — Sunny Spice and Divine Wine and applied them with a round brush in a circular motion to the apples of Hayden’s cheeks. I love layering this blush — it’s so sheer you can dust a little color in the crease of the eye to tie your look together.”
Lips: “This year lipstick is back and Neutrogena’s are brighter and better. My favorite is Neutrogena’s Moisture LipColor in Whisper Pink for painting on the perfect pout. It goes on with just a hint of shine so it leaves your lips looking healthy and moist.”

Yes, sounded like a weird combo. But I will definitely try it.

I am NC20, and it looks AMAZING - so so pretty!! I have never tried sumptuous olive, but this looks more gold on, not olive green. I personally find it to be one of my faves from the collection but if you can check it out IRL that will help your decision making.

That doesn't seem weird to me.
If your brushes are not all the same brand, you don't get "continuity."
I've gone on a bit of a brush spree myself lately.
I'm trying to come to grips with the glaringly obvious fact that I. Do. Not. Need. Any. More. Color. Products.
You know, sometimes even denial can only stretch so far ...

On the subject of brushes, why are the 226 and 165 must-haves?
What do they do that other MAC brushes can't?

I decided to B2M for Flip and 100 Strokes. SOO glad I did. Today I wore flip on the lid w/100 strokes in the crease and this really brought out my blue/green eyes. Flip really brings out the purplse in 100 strokes.

has anyone compared Henna to other gold colors like Woodwinked, Tempting, Romp, Bronze, Amberlights, etc?

Henna isnt close to those colors. It's closer to Sumptuous Olive or greeny gold in the Holiday Intriguing Scarlet Palette. It's really beautiful

Hope that helps.

Here's some info from a live chat I just did.. saved me some money

Lea: Hi Amy. Can you tell me if Henna eyeshadow is similar to other golds like Woodwinked or Tempting?
Lea: Is it worth buying if I have these other golds?
Amy: Hi Lea, it's very different, it's more of a mossy green/gold than Woodwinked or Tempting.
Lea: Is it comparable to Old Gold pigment?
Amy: It's more green and softer in the shimmer from Old Gold.
Lea: Ok, thanks! I'm also wondering how similar 100 Strokes is to Sketch?
Amy: It is extremely close - it's not as bright as Sketch though. 100 Strokes is darker but it's along the same lines.
Lea: ok, thanks, i'm glad. one last one, how is Deep Shade compared to Deep Truth? I don't wear blues much but this one looks interesting
Amy: Deep Shade is darker - more navy blue from Deep Truth. They are close though

I only have 226. Its good becuase its like the all in one eye brush. Before I need to use 217, 219, 222, 224, 239 to blend and deposit color, now I can do all that with 226. The pointy head is very much like 219 and 222, you can also use the whole bristle to blend like 217 and 224, and you can use it to do all the crease blending or defining you need. The only thing it cannot do is drawing eyeliner. I still need to grab my 266 or 242 to do that. Other than that its perfect.

I really suggest everyone get it before its too late, after all you still got 30 days to return it

But dont things get destroyed if you return them? If you dont like an item try to sell it to someone who will love it and use it, why buy a LE item only to return it where it'll get thrown away?

I dont know, nothing personal, i just never understood
