A bit OT I know but here is another great Inglot swatch link to add to the one Yazmin gave us.

I "shopped" from both of these links last night, and T has some swatches in her swatch gallery as well.

For those looking at Inglot shadows, here's a link that could help. It doesn't have every single shadow, but it's a good start: http://www.beautyaddict.net/inglot-eye-shadows-swatches/

I learned that the 20 palette is the easiest to get the shadows out of using the lid, because that palette is shallower than the 5, 10 or 40 palette. For those, I use a tiny flat-edge screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit, insert it carefully between the palette and the pan and lift it out. You still have to exercise caution as I have accidentally stabbed the shadow, but so far it's the most effective means of getting the pan out. I have to keep a running list of the shadows of I have as I've already purchase a duplicate of one without realizing it - would have bought many more if I hadn't send a .pdf copy to my phone so I could reference it while I'm at the counter.

I'll see if I can get some good photos of my palettes and post them soon.

EDITED to add photos of of my palettes. Let me know if you're interested in knowing any of the numbers of the shadows and I'll try to respond as quickly as I can. It was hard to pick up the different finishes on my camera, but there's a mix of Matte, Pearl, Shine, AMC Shine and Double Sparkle:

Looks like the sale will give me an opportunity to fill the empty spaces. :-D

Yazmin, if you don't mind checking, what are the e/s on your second 10 palette, last two on the bottom row? The one in the 9th spot looks a bit like Saffron!

Thank you!

We will see if MAC releases them tomorrow night, or Monday morning...I am hoping for tomorrow night.

Anyways... So the e/s will be online tomorrow? I can't order of course, but I'll still join the stalking party.

I hope everyone will get what they want before it's sold out. Fingers crossed they last longer than the l/s.

The first one is 335 Matte - I don't have my MAC shadows within immediate reach, but from memory I'd say that if Red Brick and Rule had a baby, this may what it looks like. Second shadow is 422 Pearl - one of my favorites.

Here a swatches, with and without flash:

Oh you SOOOO ROCK! Thank you!!!

I bought 335 last night... And I didn't get 422, but I have 423 already and ordered 421 last night as well.

422 goes on the LIST! Gorgeous and SO pigmented!

Thank you so much!

Inglot has great quality products, probably better than MAC. Their only mistake was to give their products boring numbers rather than sexy names.

I'm considering Rocker. Last time I checked it wasn't sold out. Not sure how it'll look on my skin tone (nw45 but 47 for the summer) especially since I'm not comfortable with reds but it looks so pretty on everyone else so far.

Shellcat,

I have soo bought two of the same Inglot color, lol. There is this gold shade I keep buying because I forget and it's so pretty. I'll take pics of my Inglot palettes after work.

So how exactly does one tap the HD powder onto the lips? my only translucent powder is the Ben Nye banana one.

barry m shocking pink, fucshia fever, cyy...now if u tap some hd powder over the ff it makes it more close to the color...some people have said they don't think it has the neon quality but I do...def not as much as some other but it's there and even more so if u matte it out with the powder.

I actually prefer Inglot over MAC re: e/s , but the naming system is such a pain (and confusing). Whenever I check them out in person, I literally have to look a list to see which ones I already have. If they had fun names, I'd have a better chance of remembering what's already in my collection

Me, too! Too bad, b/c I had a ridiculously boring night.
I would have been fine w/ Cool Heat or Heavenly Bliss...
Good, I'll have time to stroll over to Macys and swatch some of them out.

i've got a tendency to prefer my mac shadows, even though inglot seems to have every colour and finish one could imagine...

i think mac is much more strategic with the shades they release, albeit they aren't always spot on with the quality of some of the LE ones!

i ended up giving away my inglot palette to my cousin because i rarely used it...and i guess with the naming system being a bunch of numbers, it was easier for me to part with the few colours i had...i think mac's clever names are not only easier to remember, but it gives them character and makes them somewhat more endearing, if you know what i mean!

there are a few inglot shades i have my eye on...especially that matte teal one that looks like robin's egg from iris apfel...!

I agree 100%. It's not just the novelty of something beautiful being named "Deep Throat" (lol), but when you're looking for swatches or even trying to order, it makes it way, way easier. Because heaven forbid you order 436 instead of 463.

I ordered some mattes from Inglot, and I do love them. I just wish it was easier to shop.

Absolutely! man - this thread got interesting all of a sudden.

Go to bed and it just blows up!

What is Iso? In search of?

I'd never even heard of some of this stuff.

Can we say learning curve?
I've been wanting to know that too. I can't figure it out.
