so funny I ordered something on beauty.com just for the Queen lip tar, got my package today and it was missing. called CS and they guy gave me 3 other color options so I picked Anime. when I got the email confirmation he put in the wrong color! he gave me Beta so I called again and the lady said she couldn't cancel the Beta order but bc it was their mistake she is overnighting me Anime and I could keep Beta....so went from zero lip tars to 2. now just hope Beta works for me since it's really orange and I don't know if I can pull it off.....

Lol, now I'm torn. At first I was worried about my free lip tar missing when I started reading your post. But if the mistake could lead me to getting two free lip tars, then that's not bad at all.

Hmm... I just received a shipping notice. My free Queen lip tar has shipped, but my purchased Belladonna hasn't. It says it's on backorder, but it was in stock at the time I purchased it. I guess I have to give them a call tomorrow.

My daughter made a comment about a blush I want from the body shop and I said I told daddy I was gonna try not to buy makeup for 2 months, in which she replied (she's eight now) "I'm interested in seeing how this works out" LOL...when ure 8 year old makes a comment like that u know u have a problem. My husband is like this with comic books so he doesn't say much unless I get to careless with my spending. He quite likes that because I do so much research on the computer for whatever my next obsession is he's free to leave the tv on whatever sport is on that night while he reads his comics. My mom passed away this year, and she loved makeup too...u remind me though she always wore too much blush! LOL...she said that her grandmother always said she she could see her blush before she could see her when she would be getting off the bus and it was something that she never stopped doing either!Oh yeah. I went shopping with my mom one time and those Maybelline whipped blushes were discontinued and on clearance for $2/each and I LOVE using those as bases so I snatched up half a dozen of them in a variety of colors. I got some Revlon lipsticks and eyeshadows too because those were also on clearance. My stepdad works for the company so my mom gets a variety of discounts throughout the separate departments, and there's 20% savings on cosmetics. MAJOR SCORE! lol. but my Mom was like WTF are you doing! People are going to think you're a makeup artist or something! I'm like no, just stocking up until the next millennium!

Daaang, they all pale in comparison to your neon pink cord! One day there will be a pigment of neon made into a lipstick that is so bright, people will need sunglasses, and Piarpreet will stock up and live neonly ever after!

I have 52 and candy yum yum and nylon...I know its personal prefrence and theres good things about all 3 but I really like my barry m the best. I love matte lippies, and its no doubt that barry m's color in one swipe is no comparison to cyy in one. It's dryer and has a little tug BUT it doesn't settle into my lines like cyy does. It's thicker. CYY and that mac smell is just the best, but the barry m I feel like it stays in place better. The nylon, is cool because on me with one layer is not as bright after it dries but another application can make it brighter...idk nylon is tricky it seems to look dif everytime I wear or swatch it...but to me barry m and what u get for your money would be my fav but I love all my neons...I swatched all of them some pages back. I wish I knew how close 52 really is to cyy because I was obsessed with cyy and Ive had the barry m for months!I dunno if this is relevant to anyone but I got Barry M #52! So I swatched it and #62 for anyone interested. I know we're all on a dupe hunt!

Sorry I can't compare them to CYY. I thought they'd be much closer than they look to me. 52 looks a little darker/bluer. Both amazing colours in my eyes though. Haven't got to road test 52 yet but 62 didn't hold up like any of my Mac lippies. After a couple of hours it was a bit flaky, reapplying didn't exactly make things perfect again either. But the colour definitely packs a punch to begin with!

Embrace it! It is the Southern Belle with a lot of flare in it for us!!! My grandmother and Mother were the same way about makeup and beauty products, they just lacked my love of color!

Wow. They were out of the lip tar in Queen when I tried to get one with the promo code. And it's crazy to me that it didn't even make it into your package... And neither did Anime! They need to fix these lip tar issues before Sephora gets them.

My shipping notice said Queen was in the box but it wasn't....oh and Beta got cancelled haha so I'm not getting that for free. Luckily I'll still be getting Anime. I'm going to see how I like the texture before I order more colors....plus I'm going to IMaTs in January and I know this company is there so I could wait too. I have a Sephora that will carry this line in store but I'm hardly in that neighborhood.....

I know. We should know. But I'm a little bummed that Rocker is not that close to the original I have, and the Moth Brown I got doesn't come close to the one I got with the Barbie collection. The Barbie one is browner, brighter and more pigmented and the new one is grayer and flatter.

Now I'm worried about my order. Belladonna was changed to being on backorder even though it showed up as in stock when I bought it. I decided not to cancel or exchange it because I was told I won't be charged for it until it ships. I'm wondering if my Queen will be missing too.
