I didnt get a shipping confirmation but UPS gave me a tracking # already so i know the label was created. It will probably go out tonight since I paid for overnight so I expect it here tomorrow.

What shades of lipsticks do you currently own? I know you're new to lipsticks but do you own like 1 or 2 already? Also, check out the Beauty of Color forum.

Another question is what type of colors do you consider to be an everyday shade? For me, I would consider colors like CYY, Moxie and Rocker to be "everyday shades," but others would consider them for nights out only or limited to special occasions.

I totally get the limitations on per piece purchase MAC instituted BUT the EvilBayers will always find a way around them and people like me will get screwed.

As most of you know Rocker is my HG signature go to lipstick. I was heartbroken when it was dc'd. Now I have an opportunity to stock up on it before it disappears again. I just ordered 4 tubes and would like to order more. Is MAC going to cancel any subsequent orders? These are definitely for personal use.

I wasn't planning on ordering any of these. Would you like me to CP a couple just in case?

With all these stories of order cancellations I was getting nervous considering CYY is in my order but only one and when I ordered at 1 am this morning they still had everything available but I logged on to MAC a minute ago to check my order and I'm still good to go. *sigh of relief*

Same thing here...I just called and they said the same. I clarified that that meant it would not be cancelled at this point and they said no.

Yep! They both got canceled. I was able to reinstate one, the order with two CYY :-( the first one was canceled with too much time in between so I'm relieved I even got the 2. Still, i think it's a weird way for MAC to determine how many I should be ordering. Idk why they canceled the first order since I didn't exceed the quantities in it. I had 2 rockers and moxies in it so it wasn't even exceeding the other requirement of being $500 max. I wish another rep would have been more helpful in my first three calls, but two different reps grilled me about why I ordered that many, and the third just kept saying sorry for the inconvenience. It wasn't until my fourth and final call after I got my secons cancellation e-mail that the rep tried to rectify things. The first rep said she couldn't look up my other orders because it would take too much time and there were other calls in queue. It was frustrating to say the least! Two is better than none, though! So even though I had to go through the hoops, lesson learned on my end, I suppose.

Don't feel guilty at all. That person was probably going to resell them even still not sure MAC is worth Tom Ford kind of money!

MAC lippies are definitely not worth that price!

I just broke down and ordered Rocker, even though I originally was not that interested in it. Some of the online swatches made it look so damned pretty though I've also realized lately that I prefer darker, richer reds, as opposed to bright reds.

I hope it's not too brown for me. If it is, you'll see it in the clearance section soon.

I see that CYY and Moxie are both now sold out in Canada. I imagine Rocker isn't far behind!

I also paid for overnight as well, I ordered 4 cyy, 3 rocker, and 1 moxie. I still did not receive a tracking yet, ive always had a problem with buying excessive backups.

I called the customer service rep and he says its being process at a warehouse, and my cc has been charged.

oh well when u hit add to bag it only lets u pick 4. im like well i placed 2 orders so i wouldnt know that. which is true.
but she didnt give a rats ass. im p'od =( staye up all those hours to get screwed!!

It is at the bottom of the page. It has been there as long as I have been buying MAC online. It sucks but it is there to protect consumers from what happens with ebayers and to try to insure there is enough product to go around.
