Awwww Susanne! My package still has not arrived and we have a massive storm, so in all likelihook I won't get my hands on my Chill stuff until next week at the earliest! You and I can play and love on the Chill int his thread together!!! the Shipping times to arctic canada usually match up pretty well with the european release dates! ~L~

I'm sure it's been said but Apres-Ski is so similar to Wisteria from Dame Edna! Both are lustres, with a fairly chunky shimmer-payoff and fairly well pigmented. Apres-Ski is a bit greyer with Wisteria being a tad whiter/silver but in the long run they're very close. So if you just want Wisteria from the palette, get Apres-Ski, and if you want Apres-Ski but want more nice colors and more bang for your buck, opt for Wisteria trio!

I thought that wisteria was the blue shadow in the trio? I am totally confused!

I think he meant Arctic Grey and frosty silver from the Wisteria Trio. Is that Fineshine?

He's right though.

Side by side they are very similar, with Arctic Grey being a bit warmer, slightly more taupe and much nicer (IMO) and Fineshine being a very basic frosty silver.

Arctic Grey is really beautiful and unusual... but totally unnecessary at the same time.

Is there a way to go back and edit a post to include an attachment? I can't do it.

Anyway, here is the one from Wisteria and Arctic Grey:

Susanne, if it makes you feel any better, I probably won't get the order that I placed on Tuesday until Monday. Waiting for something you've bought is definitely worse than waiting for the collection to be released.
And since neither of us are in the US, we can be envious of those enjoying BBR before us together

If it helps anyone, I'm quite pale, probably NW20 right now, and Fineshine and Arctic Grey are different enough on me to justify owning both. Fineshine is much lighter and more true silver. But on someone darker, they'd probably be very similar.

I may be in the minority on this, but I am loving Arctic Grey!
I wouldn't mind if it were a little more pigmented, but the color is great!
It's just the right depth for a lid shade and, best of all, it lacks that annoying blue undertone that so many silvers and grays have.
It looks fantastic with either French Grey or Smoke & Diamonds.
I'm not going to buy backups, though. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT.
