I wouldn't mind if it were a little more pigmented, but the color is great!
It's just the right depth for a lid shade and, best of all, it lacks that annoying blue undertone that so many silvers and grays have.
It looks fantastic with either French Grey or Smoke & Diamonds.
I'm not going to buy backups, though. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT. NOT.

... or atleast describe the difference

I don't have sugarrimmed to do a comparison pic, but here is snowscene on my pigmented lips. I love it. It has a white base and blue & pink reflects in it & I don't find it gritty at all

EDIT...I almost forgot, when I put it on my 2 year old came up & said oooooh, pretty lips mommy

I am still loving these lipglasses! I'm wearing Frozen Dream today and I love it! I haven't been paying much attention to it since I have been wearing Snowscene so much!

Penultimate eye liner is soooooo easy to apply, I love it... but I think it's not very long lasting on me

I put it on this morning and around 6pm I was able to smudge it

wth? Is it just me?

It has been a really long time since I posted about a collection, but after purchasing the Chill Collection I just had to share my thoughts. I absolutely love this collection!

It has been a long time since I purchased almost the whole Mac collection. This one is the ultimate winter collection, IMHO. My 6 year old daughter Autumn describes as the "sparkling snow make up collection" and I don't think I could have put it any better. The chill collection reminds me of sparkling, shimmering snow flakes and icicles. How the snow and ice looks when the sun shines on them and how pretty and iridescent the colors are.
Anyway I picked up Vellum, Arctic Grey, Mont Black and Wintersky eyeshadows. I also got the Reflects Transparent Teal glitter, the Snowscene lipgloss and the penultimate eyeliner. The eyeshadows all work so nicely together to give that beautiful "snowflake type glow." Add the Reflects Transparent Teal glitter on top and instant gorgeous. The eyeliner is a superb and is way better than anything I have ever tried. Snowscene lipgloss is the ultimate winter lipgloss. It is as beautiful as everyone says.

I was lucky to get the last one and I can't stop wearing it. I love this gloss.
I didn't get the Apres-Ski eyeshadow. It didn't seem like a must have color to me and I am pretty sure I have something similar already.

I am kinda wishing I would have got Icescape and Naked Fost. They were really pretty as well. Anyway I hope this helps some who may still be on the fence about this collection.

The only thing I got from this collection was Snowscene l/g. It looks different from the other lipglasses I have so eventhough it doesn't really show up on its own, I still bought it. I do think it has to be layered over a lipstick. I wore it yesterday over my beloved Please Me l/s and the result was beautiful!

I have been playing with the penultimate for a few days now. Truth be told I do think it is a good, solid liner. My gripe with this is how short and stubby the actual point is. The brush is really inflexible and its kind of annoying me. I think I will stick with my Chanel Pen for now. Either that or Lancome's liner.

my blacktrack fluidline too. But I really really really really REALLY love my UD 24/7 liners

They're perfect.

I don't think I'll ever purchase a Penultimate liner. It just doesn't appeal to me. Blacktrack does the job perfectly, thank you very much.

Aww maybe. There is no other way to try them than to buy them and that is something I cant do. I'm putting my money towards my travel costs so no MAC for a while

I think the 208 is better for the top lashline while the 212 is better for the lower lashline. The 209 (or 210!) is great if you want to wing it out.

Just sayin'.
