^ Same here! I am glad it worked out for you ladies! I really wanted to love Colour Crafted... it looks SO pretty in the swatches and even swatched on my own hand! But then on my lips it makes me look clownish or something... the finish isn't pretty at all on me
ssad.gif
And my husband hates it on me
ssad.gif
I wish it would work because I hate returning things, but I may have to because I know I will never wear it
ssad.gif
I know someone asked about CC in comparison to Angel... I don't think they are really alike on the lips. CC is much brighter. I am NW25-30 for reference.

^^ yeah more than likely mine will end up in the Clearance Bin as well...."word to self" "Stop buying Frost lipstick...it doesn't like your lips"

Thanks, girls! I'm still thinkin' about daft pink, I'm libra lol
But I saw this video (YouTube - MAC Colour Color Craft Collection and YSL Haul) and Hand Finish looks soooo a Deep Throat without glow - and I don't love this color on me. By the way: amazing glow!

Yesterday I almost bought So Ceylon with a friend - but what do you think looks better on fair skin: so ceylon or cheeky bronze? NC20/25

Again: sorry my bad, bad english. No donut for me.

I don't notice it much with other finishes.

FROSTS SUCK WIND!!!!!

IMO. I don't do frost. When I see MAC makes one, I just do a u-turn away from the pretty black package. I even hate my Neo Sci-Fi from last year, yuck. Blotchy application and it won't wear down to be pretty either.

^ Daft Pink is GORGEOUS! I really wanted that, Hand Finish, and Fadabulous, but after spending so much on all the MFS's and a couple of the MES's I decided to wait. Then today I found 8 of the 9 Sonic Chic Mineralize Blushes at my CCO!!! And I also just bought 7 Beauty Powder blushes recently from the CCO! So I am going to cross my fingers that these Mineral Blushes come to my CCO eventually

As for So Ceylon or Cheeky Bronze, I don't think you could go wrong with either (I am NW25-30). I don't have either of them, but checked out Cheeky Bronze the other day and it's a great summer color. Everyone seems to love it! From what I have seen in swatches on our color skin, CB looks a little shinier and bronzier while So Ceylon is more of a warm neutral (hope this makes sense
smiles.gif
So if you want a shinier glow for summer I would go with CB

Thanks for help! I read a lot about both including about coral side of Cheeky Bronze. Is this serious? I ordered Sheerbronze, from Sheer Minerals, and I hope it's not similar to So Ceylon.

I finally got my Sunny By Nature MSF and I love it! The color is gorgeous, it's smooth and soft, and not overly shimmery. Everything I expected it to be.

I got a chance to play with the other MSFs.. they're pretty, but I agree with others who have said they're a bit too shimmery. The striped MSFs were too similar to MSFs I already own. Warm Blend looked nice but too shimmery to use as a bronzer.. and that's what it would be on my skintone, a bronzer. Porcelain Pink was too sheer and I already have plenty of highlighters. I actually did like Cheeky Bronze and might go back for it.. but i'm still not sure. It was a bit shimmery but the color was beautiful.

The blushes were okay but nothing that really stood out to me
ssad.gif
I still don't own any Mineralize blushes. I'm satisfied with the blushes I already own I guess.. Some were a bit sparkly. If I had to get one, I would probably get Fad-Dabulous.

The face brush was nice but I don't feel like I really need it right now. I have plenty of brushes that can do the same thing.. If it's still in stock in a few months I will probably purchase it, but for now I passed on it. It was also a bit smaller than I expected, but still a really good brush. it just isn't absolutely necessary.. or at least that is what I keep telling myself since I don't want to spend $40 on another brush

so.. I only ended up getting SBN and might go back for Cheeky Bronze. I'll probably go back and purchase the face brush during the holidays (if it hasn't sold out by then). I'm glad I saved money on this collection because I ended up splurging on BB's new illuminating bronzers

Post a FOTD with it! I'm still waiting to get my hands on it, it's sold out everywhere here, except for one counter which has yet to release the collection.

Yea, I should probably start running away from frosts too, as they're not very flattering, are they? I mean some of them look just fine on me (case in point, Sunsonic from NSF, lol), but then others look scaley. Maybe I need to do a super exfoliation the night before to get rid of all the dead skin that doesn't normally show.
th_dunno.gif
It's hard b/c there are so many beautiful frosts.
