Female & Pop Circle are sooo my fave looks...these are very, very pretty & feminine. After seeing these I'm so glad I ordered Deep Deposit & Rose Bullion & the lipsticks

omg!! the looks for this collection are gorgeous!! im reconsidering not getting deep deposit and positive charge but i need to budget for other collections!! i may end up getting deep deposit as a base to darken out royal flush and not to mention if i get heritage rouge from overriche it would go perfect with that.

Well, there was SO much confusion at both of the MAC counters at Nordies in my area that the cosmetic manager of the store called me yesterday

So, they finally let me preorder & i get to B2M for all the lippies & they let me preorder the RMH which originally they weren't going to.

They said that they were only getting like 8 each of the lippies & RMH ???

One of the gals didn't even know what I meant when I said B2M? HUH?

elegant one, you have more patience than I! eek its amazing how some people function. like did you say b2m or back-to-mac? if its the latter, then that person needs a good shake--how the hell can you not know something so fundamental for mac, that they say it most times a customer is cashing up?? unfrickingbelieveable. when you are in retail, there are things about the company you are to know. and this is one of them. no excuses!

nuts. And, I'm always very nice to everyone...but the store makeup manger was kinda rude to me...so thats when lil ol me said, 'look, it's not my problem that you're only getting a few items, so you can't deny me the preorder!'

So she put me through to the MAC gal working that day & she ended up being the gal that always helps me...so she's the one that worked it out for me.

No, I said Back to MAC & then said B2M

Plus, not to know what is in the entire collection that is coming out...because it's close to the launch & on the Nordies website...so its not like it was something months down the road

I felt like you...there are plenty of people that would love to work for MAC, so if you don't want to take the time to be in the know about whats going on...quit & let someone who is really into it work.

exactly! you know how much stuff everyone needs to know in their careers, each has its own set of demands, and seriously if you weren't such a diehard mac addict, and were a newbie you'd be confused and frustrated at multiple she-said-this no she-said-this. inconsistency can be very threatening to a brand's image.

eeek i'm sorry. in a bad mood. the golf-ball-feeling in throat is back. its been less than a week since i stopped the pills and thought i was back to normal. ugh! i guess ill go back to the doc after canada day and see if my throat swab results had something. but i think they would have called if there was. meh.

Yes, totally agree! As a business owner, you would get a nice talking to & then expected to rise to the occasion the next time or show improved competency...or be fired. The sad part...is them being rude for no reason. Especially since I spend a fortune on MAC

oOo i went to MAC at the Bay today and they had the colour forms on display but they only had the brush sets and the eye and lip palettes out. those were the only items that we can pre-order. i pre-ordered the purple advanced brush set. =]
