I felt like you...there are plenty of people that would love to work for MAC, so if you don't want to take the time to be in the know about whats going on...quit & let someone who is really into it work.

Since you said it was busy, be aware that the artist could have been a freelancer. Freelancers are not trained and are only educated on minor MAC details. Yes we are told about Back 2 MAC and Viva Glam, etc, but not in alot of depth. When we are hired, we are just thrown onto the floor. So many do not know much about the Back 2 MAC program, Viva Glam/MAC Aids Fund, and definitely have little knowledge of past/current/and coming collections. Not to defend her really, but this may have been the case and I hope that she learns more about MAC ASAp!
And I CANT WAIT FOR COLOUR FORMS!
