I have 2 classes Mon-Thurs, all day with just a few hrs to spare inbetween for HW. So I can't really play with my makeup.

God,fiasjdfidf dammit!! I wasnt supposed to get anything from this collection, then i got solar white, warm chill, climate blue, cool heat, gulf stream

its all your fault girls!!

No apologies necessary! Its hard for me to find time to do my eyeshadow. I can't wait to see what you come up with...I seriously love looking at your FOTD's...every single one you do. You have the same style as me, as far as makeup goes.

What does everyone think of Solar White?
I like it, but I expected it to be less gold, more white.
I was hoping for the slightly warmer sister of Crystal Avalanche, but it didn't turn out quite that way.

I lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvve Solar White, I would hump it too. Its such a lovely gold color. Subtle yet sexy. It should be in everyone's collection!

I really like Solar White. Its what i expected. I mean its still not mindblowing for me, but its not too gold for me to use as a highlight. Maybe thats just my skin tone though. I've been using it everyday though, so that must mean something. I won't back this up though, because if I ever run out (will NEVER happen)...I'lll just use vanilla pigment like I was doing before.

Would it make me an absolute Mac disappointment if I said... -gasp!- I don't like the cool heat collection?!?! I tried SO hard and lingered at the counter forever and I just can't bring myself to be in love -sigh-

The slimshines are great.. Shadows didn't do much for me, but I also put over 200 bucks on presell for nordies colour forms collection so maybe that's why..

Nope not at all. I like MAC for its versatility. I think thats the main reason why its such a big attraction. Not all collections will be loved by everyone. But there are things for everyone in different LE collections. And of course the perm has a great range of colors, textures to suit individual needs.

You know what I was just thinking about? How sucky the highlighter in the heatherette trio 1 is. It is so....wack. LoL oh well I have a few highlighters so i'll be okay

After last nights depotting session, I have a palette dedicated to just highlighters! I can't stop! I am trying to hold back and not get a 3rd Solar White.

Have you ever tried using a hairdryer? That is the only way I've been successful. Its also way less dangerous than using fire, lol. I used a hairdryer for my heat source & a razor blade/exacto knife to pop them out. It works for me cause I'm not afraid to melt the plastic, so I leave the heat on long enough for the glue to really be warm & melty, so the shadow comes out of the pot nice & easy
